Want for this movie to match the same score as Catching Fire but by the looks of it it will verge between a final 70%-75% score :/
And all of the teen/tumblr fans won't care about a percentage on Rotten Tomatoes. In a sense it's another set up film, so of course critics aren't going to like it very well. It will still do well regardless.

RT scores only "matter" (and barely, at that) with films where people are going, "Hmm. What should we go see? I wonder if this is any good? What's it about?"

NO ONE is going to be doing that with Mockingjay -- Part 1 unless they've been living under a rock for the past few years. Whether this movie has a 10% RT score or a 90% RT score or wherever in between, the same exact people are going to flock to see it.

The only thing about splitting it up that gets at me is that it's a whole year until the finale is released. That's going to be one long year.

Yeah, only six months separated the last two Harry Potter movies.

That was the best. The wait between the final two was much more tolerable. Especially with the way Deathly Hallows Part 1 ended.

I guess it all depends on if production for both movies are filmed almost back-to-back.

They're done shooting Mockingjay Part 2, though.

Yeah, I didn't see those until they were on HBO, and pretty near to one and other so it didn't matter in that case to me. But 6 months is a lot better.

I'm going to be worrying for MBF's health during this next year.

It won't take a whole year to shoot the Epilogue.

I don't know if I can fit this into my schedule this weekend. There don't seem to be any convenient show times.

My girlfriend insisted we see this tonight, and I can't really complain since the last one was a huge step up from the first. Looking forward to it.

Midnight showing for me tonight. I'm going to be so tired at work as I have to be in for 7AM. But I do not care. I'm so stoked to see my partners reaction when he realizes how different this will be to the other films/books.

Book readers:
[Show spoiler]He thinks it will be a Hunger Game that Katniss infiltrates to rescue the competitors.

Been to every midnight showing before and there's never any kids there as the screen I go to is out of town. Unlike the X-Men DoFP one where everyone was acting stupid after making the effort to go at midnight!
