Cleric Beast 7/10

Blood Starved Beast 9/10
Vicar Amelia 8/10

Witch of Hemwick 5/10
Shadow of Yharnam 6/10
Rom the Vacous Spider 7/10

The One Reborn 5/10
Darkbeast Paarl 3/10

And according to what I read...
Celestial Emissary 4/10

Why on earth did they put some of the hardest bosses so early???
Actually the Celestial Emissary isn't that hard. Accidentally fought him before some other bosses and got him on first try. There are steps to run around on to get away from his little mushroom helpers.

When it comes to Darkbeast Paarl, that fight is like with Sif the wolf in Dark Souls. Run and roll towards him when he's going to attack to get kind of under him.

Maybe they are hard, because of players' low levels and lack of experience? I would not rate them that way, either. Cleric Beast deserves 3/10. If you played Dark Souls, you should be able to handle that boss without a problem. Can't argue with Father, BSB and Vicar. They are hard. I'm still having trouble with Vicar in NG+. Probably okay with Witch, Shadow and Rom, too. I think Darkbeast and The One are at least 6's based on my level when I fought them. Celestial Emissary was very easy, like Cleric Beast. Micolash and the Wet Nurse were also fairly easy by the time I got to them. By far, I had the most trouble with Ebrietas.

Paarl was very easy for me. One of the easier ones IMO. Took him on my 3rd try.

It's kinda hard to rank them by difficultly because of what level & weapon you use when you get to them. Of the ones you listed I found Vicar Amelia very hard before leveling up. Rom is just annoying with his helpers.

I've been finding some of the Dungeon bosses way more harder then the story ones.

At max level & max weapon I had so much trouble with Abhorrent Beast I had to re-check my stats! I'm also quite certain I'm at Loran Darkbeast (If it's a huge beast) in the Lower Root Layer of the Ailing Loran Chalice Dungeon.

I would really like to see a lower level player beat this boss. I take 900HP damage per hit.

Apparently EpicNameBro and Future Press are well known names.

IMPORTANT UPDATE
=> The page count is increased from 400 to 528 pages.
=> The Collector's Edition guide is delayed to include important game changes applied through the Day-One-Update, ensuring that it will be up-to-date and that online-only elements are covered.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

And so the nightly hunt begins...
From the same team that created the critically acclaimed Dark Souls II guide comes a new invaluable treasure. We've gone behind the scenes with Bloodborne's creators to unearth every secret hidden within the mysterious city of Yharnam. Your hunt through the streets of Yharnam will be your most exciting and rewarding journey yet, and the road will be hard. But fear not! This guide is your key to mastering the merciless challenges and navigating the darkest depths of the city.

BONUS CHEST
=> Exclusive interview with Bloodborne's creator, Hidetaka Miyazaki
=> Lore index to aid in your research of this dark world
=> The Art of Bloodborne -- every page is a masterpiece of its own
=> Exclusive Dynamic Theme: let the Hunter's Mark adorn your PS4

Training Manual
Yharnam's no place for novice hunters. Understanding how Bloodborne works starts here, and anyone who doesn't arm themselves with understanding of its intricate systems will be quickly cut down.

Hunting Grounds
From the streets of Yharnam to the end of the nightmare, critical routes and rewarding detours are plotted on detailed, invaluable maps. Text points highlight events, encounters, and tactics for each area's key landmarks. This hunter's compendium leaves no paving stone unturned.

The Bestiary
A good hunter knows his enemy's weaknesses. He knows their behavior. He knows what it takes to kill them efficiently. Study your prey carefully and discover all of the elements that make them what they are -- and then the hunt is on!

Arsenal & Attire
Your weapon's only lethal if you know how to use it. Here you'll learn about weapon properties, hidden damage modifiers, attack ranges, swing speeds, and much more. Whether you're hunting beasts or other hunters, you'll have the knowledge... and the advantage.

The Chalice Dungeons
These mean labyrinths of death provide an unending treasure trove of discovery and despair. Though the walls may shift and the denizens may change, we have prepared exhaustive notes detailing the horrifying and mysterious Chalice Dungeons. Their rewards are matched only by their challenge; don't rush in unprepared.

Hunter's Appendices
The world of Bloodborne is deep and populated by fascinating people and deadly creatures. Finding all of the NPCs is a first step, and completing their quests is another. We offer more than that, though; here you will find behind the scenes info on the world and its characters from the people who created it! If you seek 100% completion and total mastery of Yharnam,

Lower I believe. He's the boss right after the second time you fight the Abhorrent Beast. Well, it was my second time. I had to fight that guy in a round room the first time and this second time was in a cave.

That's what I was saying earlier. Abhorrent Beast and now Loran are hard as hell. I finally beat the Abhorrent Beast(had to fight him two different times...wtf...)and the Loran Darkbeast I had to give up on for awhile because I was getting too frustrated. That fight particularly sucks because of the damn camera.

What's a lower level to you? I'm 125 at the moment and got him a tad under a quarter health left. He started going beserk and I couldn't dodge quick enough.

That's the beast I'm referring to at a low level. Any level under 100 is low IMO. If you can take 900 Hp with one hit & still live, chances are you are not going to take the extra three 4-500 HP hits that beast follows up with & live. I'm gonna try tomorrow again to beat him (No need as there is no trophy) because having 312 Pysical Damage Reduction with 1900 HP & dying in 3 hits pissed me off.

125 is actually the recommended level for the Dungeons from PowerPyx. I'm getting the Collectors Guide in a few weeks & I'd like to see what level they recommend.

Futurepress published the Dark Souls guides. They were pretty spot on except for minor details in weapon and armor stats that got changed late. EpicNameBro was not involved, AFAIK, with Futurepress for Dark Souls I, but he created what I would consider one of the best video walkthroughs of a game in DS1. Not just videos of him beating sections or bosses, but instructional videos and not with overpowered characters or weapons. I'm guessing that based on his reputation with that game, he was invited to contribute to the Futurepress guide for DS2. He's got a number of them posted Blooborne.

Funny enough, though, one of the more popular guys posting videos of Bloodborne gameplay obviously has some issue with EpicNameBro, as he used that name as a nickname for the giant pig in the sewer.

I'm currently 132 after farming for awhile this morning. I'm farming even more right now because that Loran Beast is still bullshit. There is making a boss a challenge and then there's lazy developers making a boss cheap. Sorry but a boss should not be able to trade hits with you every f***ing time you finally do get to hit him. This fight is so luck based on how many hits you can get off without him hitting you. It's basically a matter of can you survive and kill him before you run out of blood echos. I can hold 24 by the way. Never fought a boss this cheap before. To be honest, a lot of the problems are due to the camera. You Have to roll into/under him to strike otherwise you will get slashed multiple times trying to hit him from the front. Once you're under him though, he does that area blast and if the camera wasn't so ****ed up in this game I would be able to run away a little easier.

Can someone tell me how to record video of myself playing on the PS4? I switched the options so when I hit share once it doesn't instantly bring me to the video/picture page, I now have to hold it down for that. I hit it once to take a picture and if I double tap it stops recording. How do I tell it when to start recording? It seems totally random which is really annoying.

the ps4 is always recording so just press share once (hold it down in your case) and choose to save or upload the video
