So these came in the mail Today and In the Heart of the Sea came in yesterday.
I am still waiting on The Jungle book 3D. While Maleficent stated it was region free, The Huntsman Winter's War Said region 2/B so I wasn't sure id be able to watch it, so first thing I did was pop in the 3D disk . It works. So I'm happy about that. ![]() ![]() |

First time watching Doctor Strange in 3D. I saved this one till I had a good TV to enjoy and boy, was this one made for 3D. I don't see how anyone can enjoy this one without the added 3D. Watching this only in 2D is like only watching only half the movie. The expanded IMAX scenes are even greater. I think Marvel/Disney really up their game with this release and made rest of their lineup in the same league or better than this which is apparent with Guardians of Galaxy 2 and Thor: Ragnarok.

STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS was a great film. I love the originals and the reboots have been even better. ST BEYOND was not as good as INTO DARKNESS, but had great use of 3D. In fact, the scenes in the finale were/are cutting edge and really pushes 3D depth and detail to the max.
SWTFA also had great use of 3D. In fact, that was the only thing good about the movie. |

As for Cars 3, i have the 4k/3D combo pack on preorder from Amazon Japan. Expect the 3D to be PIXAR style 3D, as it's a PIXAR film. |

Jack the Giant Slayer is indeed native, but Bryan Singer does not tend to utilise pop-outs so the 3D is far milder than it ought to be, much milder in fact than X-Men Apocalypse.
Home features easily the weakest 3D you'll see from Dreamworks. |

Received my copy of Despicable Me 3 from Zavvi. Still pissed that I have yet to receive my Pirates Salazar’s Revenge Steelbook from them. That’s been 2 months and they still haven’t done anything even after 2 emails. Just been told to just wait it out. Probably get my Cars 3 Steelbook from them before I get my Pirates
