I've already watched the trailer 20+ times... Just showed it to my mom, she said "I can't wait until you get that on Blu-ray!" lol She doesn't like going to the movies, she can't through a whole movie without a bathroom break and she hates missing any of the movie.

The best films with dark/gritty aesthetics either need it because of the context of the time and/or add comedy in as a bit of light relief from the darkness. Les Miserables does both of those things.

Anyone else think that Elena Anaya is playing Circe and Danny Huston is playing Ares?

According to Circe's wikipedia page:

In the original DC Comics continuity (prior to the Crisis on Infinite Earths), Circe is a centuries-old enchantress who is kept young by an elixir called vitae. It is made from a special combination of plants and herbs.

In Captain Marvel Adventures #66, set on Earth-S, it is revealed the evil immortal Oggar gave Circe immortality 3,000 years ago when she was a beautiful Graecian princess, hoping she would marry him. But because he did not give her eternal youth she keeps aging and becomes ugly, meaning she hates men who now have a hatred of her face and learns magic to turn them into animals.


And regarding Ares, It looks like Danny Huston is holding a sword behind his back too as if they are both going to have a duel. Ares = god of war = military general.

Yes, it's a good trailer, but that BvS Comic-Con trailer last year(the one that was 3 1/2 minutes long) was pretty damn sweet too. And we know how that turned out.

I did enjoy the banter between WW and Steve Trevor. It looks like Pine is a co-star and not just a supporting character which is cool. The look of the film is impressive too. Much more colorful than the dreary design of Snyder's movies. BTW, it took me a few seconds to realize that was Lucy Davis from the UK version of The Office at the end of the trailer.
