Amen to that.

My oldest is 4 1/2. There was a year when I worked at a different firm that the only times I saw her during the week were in the middle of the night when she woke up. I treasured those times.

Fortunately, that's not the case anymore. I'm usually there when they wake up, and I'm home for dinner, bath, bedtime. Might be 1-2 days a month that I miss them in the morning or get home after dinner (but before bedtime) due to out-of-town hearings, trials, etc. If I'm out of town for an extended period, we use Skype to see each other, which is a great asset.

Haha no I didn't her mother and my mother are friends, oddly enough. My mom doesn't like her, the daughter, because she's so dumb and annoying.

I did not educate her, it's a lost cause. If I had I would have been nice about it though. Her husband tries to inform her on certain subjects and she won't listen. She's stubborn as all get out.

Good, because she's not dumb about the BD thing. She's just ignorant about it. Big difference.

I just found out that my class was canceled because someone sent a threatening letter with a substance to a teacher. I bet they may have sent it to the teacher I have class with tonight. He is the ADA to all of Lauderdale county. Weird. I wonder how this will affect my test next week. Today was supposed to be our "review."

My weekend has begun (I'm usually off FRI-SAT), and when I went into the bedroom to change I noticed this big heaping pile of laundry and thought "Git 'er done!". Than reality struck and I thought "BEER!". "Cold BEER with my name on it!".

Like crap according to my mother. My Grandfather had diabetes and he would drink a faux beer called O'Douls. And cookies with water, excuse me. I'd run to the store and get milk.
