I've never had any problems with any similar style sets so maybe its just me. But I prefer this over a plain regular thick amaray case with all the disks or a flimsy Digipack. Which are pretty much the other options when it comes to these big studios.

I will say though however, that I prefer the cardboard sleeves in the style of the Alien Anthology set and the Bond 50th anniversary sets over this one. But that's okay.

I'm gonna bet they will be the same Blu-rays we have already.

OT
I must say, the art for this set is so refreshing. I was sick of seeing the same T-Rex skull cover recycled since 1993.

I do like the new cover art a lot but there's something to say about original artwork that's appealing to me.

Called BB and they will price match the Amz price when my order is charged. Hopefully that holds up.

I really like the price point for the set. $50 for 4 movies is a great deal. The problem is, while I like the movies, I haven't even watched #2 or #3 from the blu ray box set I got well over a year ago.

Amazon is matching Walmart on the 49.96 price. But really, at this price, it's better to get from Amazon since you get free shipping anyways even if not a prime member, and there shipping will be quicker than Walmarts. Plus, if you decide to cancel the order, good luck ever getting Walmart to do that for you.

$13.49 a movie after taxes for me with this set, plus I can sell the digitals for atleast $15.

If the digitals redeem in 4K you can get $8 per easily

With Walmart now offering free two day shipping, which you have to be a Prime member (and you have to pay for the Prime Membership) of Amazon to get, how do you figure that Amazon is quicker ? Sometimes it has taken Amazon six days AFTER release date to even ship my movies, because I don't want to pay the $79.00 to be a Prime member. EDIT - I just checked Amazon, it is actually $99.00 a year now !

Jeff Goldblum just did an interview about his acting career and they have a clip or 2 from JP. Looks to be the DNR'd 3D master. Really hoping this isn't what the new master will look like... JP bit starts at 3:40.

Trust me I'm with you, and I am in no way an Amazon supporter. If the item I want to purchase is under the free shipping amount on Amazon, I will always buy from Walmart. But Walmart's "free 2 day shipping" has never been that for me and I have placed numerous orders with that.

What I'm saying is in this specific case, I am more likely to get it closer to release date with Amazon's "free" shipping which may take 3-5 days, than with Walmart's "free" 2-day shipping which is always atleast 7-10 days for me once it ships.

Plus like I mentioned, have you ever tried to cancel a Walmart order? It's impossible if it's more than 5 minutes after you place the order. You will get from Walmart the inevitable "we will "try" to cancel this, but if not too bad it will still ship and you will still be charged", which is what ALWAYS happens lol.

With Amazon, atleast if I decide to cancel this, I know it will quickly. that's all

That Jeff Goldblum video is quite fun. He's so animated and makes every film and role he talks about seem so wonderful and exciting. And then he is also so self-deprecating about his own ability and his part and the lines he says.

He seems like an actor who'd be great to direct.

I've gotta say, it truly is disappointing UNI didn't bother putting new features on the discs.

They spent the budget for titles on the scans. They didn't have to do that for the blu-ray era so they could afford to produce features.

Personally I'm over it! (special features)

Nah, I need them all.

I just pre-ordered the UK trilogy box and the regular Jurassic World, will be fun watching these back to back. My favorites: the first and the third one.

According to a response from Zoom JP 1-3 have been scanned from the negative (one would assume 4K) with JW being an upscale.I.

The first three were finished on film, and the current Blu-rays use very dated scans. If Universal does right, the first three will be new 4K scans. The first already received a new 4K scan for the 3D release some years ago, so they only had to scan the second and third in 4K if they haven't already.
