I'm back in school even though I have a degree. I might have 2 degrees when all is said in done that might help my career.

My wife is a nurse, and most of their friends have been/will be in school to get higher than bachelor degrees.

If you already have a career in something that means you're off to a good start. Compared to someone who has a job and not a career. But it's my fault though. As is everything with my life.

It's up to you how you want to proceed.

When I went back to school, it wasn't all 19-20 year olds. Established people who want to do something different with their lives.

And I'm not pushing college, because it's not for everyone. But it can open opportunities.

Born and braised in the dirty south, lived my whole life here and I think this time is goodbye for good.
I've endured so many major hurricanes, floods, tropical depressions down here and God willing, Harvey will be my last time experiencing this ever again.
Not just by choice, but because I really don't think my home or anything around it will be habitable for quite some time, so I will be forced to relocate anyway.
Even if this region miraculously recovered in record time and people could restore things back to normal, it's not worth it anymore.
I'm not waiting around to see another catastrophic event displace me.

Stomach OK one minute, extreme colon explosion the next. That has been my experience with Chinese food.

Don't get the fascination for Panda Express. Had it for the first time within the past year. Seems just like quick service Chinese food. I can wait the 10 minutes and order more food from a regular Chinese food restaurant.

I just came to McDonalds. I actually don't like Chinese food or ethnic food in general but I do love the orange and teriyaki chicken at PE. I go for meat/poultry only entrees as opposed to ones with veggies. I love the fried rice too!

I sent my first voice message on Facebook today. I was REALLY hesitant to do it because I'm really insecure about the sound of my voice. I've heard it on recordings and it makes me want to vomit. Luckily the girl that heard it said that she loved it. Now I might try and get a FB friend from Bosnia to send me one because I want to hear his accent.
