Anyone get their Predator Head from Foxconnect yet (US)? Is it in fact a numbered edition with a numbered sticker on it?

Usually I find if the website says they have stock, and there's nothing on the shelves, then it's still in the back store rooms and haven't been placed out for sale yet. Should have asked someone in the movies dept. if there were any he could find in the back.

I was just coming here to post about the slipcover. I'm not one who normally goes all nerdgasmic over a slip, but I think this one might be my favorite too. I love the changing effect like you are switching to the Predator POV. I also like that it's dark because a lot of the movie is dark (the end of the movie. Spoiler alert. ).

Holy crap. I'm looking forward to watching this tonight. I grew up watching this movie over and over, but I wasn't even born yet when it was released. This movie has a long shelf life. It endures.

I can't even watch a movie with two guys shaking hands without thinking "You son of a *****."

I had a feeling it wouldn't be the greatest looking representation of 3D, but that Foxconnect deal was just too good. I got Predator 3D and New York, New York for only $14. I would have paid $10 just for New York New York alone, so it was a no brainer.

Yeah, this is kinda weird. Another forum member (Taygan315, if I recall correctly) checked a lot of the brick and mortar stores and nobody had it in stock. Also mine hasn't shipped from Amazon yet either which is peculiar as well.

went to pick it up today they couldnt locate the pulled order for a good 30 mins
they finally found it apparently it was also the only copy the west hollywood store got in.

so I am soo glad i did instore pickup. for my trouble the new CS manager even gave me a 10 dollar gift card for having to wait for it to be located.

I Wonder if anyone can help me. On my copy, on the french language track (sorry my primary language is french), when Dutch and his men arrives at the beginning, there's no chopper sound while the other languages have that chopper sound. This sound seem to correct itself when Ducth meet the general.

I was about to place an order with Amazon and even with prime 2-day shipping, estimated arrival date would have been between Christmas and Jan 2. Decided I'll just wait until it eventually shows up in store or when Amazon can do 2 day or next day courier delivery.

Thanks but no thanks, I'm sticking with the original BD until Fox get their act together and give this film a proper restoration without using DNR.

Sounds like a backorder problem as sometimes happens with video releases on a smaller scale. Sometimes due to printing delays, errors or not getting enough orders in for retailers on time due to delayed shipments. Patience is the key with smaller video releases.

I don't have it yet, but hopefully someone will offer a tip.

I had no problem finding and purchasing Predator 3D at my local Best Buy in Southern California. Same price as on line $14.99.

That is good. Looking forward to your 3D feedback dogofwar.

Here's a blu-ray.com website link for it:
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Preda...Blu-ray/68710/

Amazon says 7 to 9 days to ship.
