Local blockbuster is going out of business so I picked all these up for $1 each.

Yeah, I'm surprised they were still there too. I notice that a few don't have their original covers though. Even for $1, I would've passed on those. I like to have the original cover when buying movies. I would also have to buy a ton of Blu-ray cases. I hate rental DVD sized cases. He did get some pretty good deals though.

I don't think that's enough to sop me from buying $1 blu rays. You can always print out covers for the few you don't have. But yeah. damn good deal. Can always can blu ray cases cheap.

Yeah, very true. Even though they were all $1 some of them don't have the original artwork and about five of them are rental copies. Still I figure, not a bad way to beef up my collection quickly. Just have to worry about replacement cases now.

Also, mostly everyone in my small town bought mostly dvd's so that explains the variety of movies, oh well..more blu's for me!

Thats why you get the good printing paper and ink to make it look like the real thing.

You have bought 100 movie titles for only 100 dollars. The Avengers 10 Disc costs 50 dollars more. So that's an awesome deal! :

I don't like ex-rentals. Discs are almost always scratched or broken.

Looks like there are 83 in that picture and ex-rentals since that's the way BBV packages their rentals. However, I've never experienced ex-rental or rental blu-ray discs that have been scratched most likely due to the hard coat found on blu-ray discs. DVDs on the other hand are a different story.

Yea, I've probably bought ~25 blus from blockbuster and I've never got got a scratched blu before. Once I've wiped off some finger prints, they practically look like new.
