Like everyone, I have different color options besides the saturation settings in the advanced options too and do use a low level of advanced flesh tone and color enhancement as well. However, what confused me with your inquiry was that I used these adjustments at the time I did my calibration, not later on like you just did. Recall at the time having to go back and forth with other settings to be sure the color and tint were precisely right. Too much of the advanced option caused the color test pattern not to zero in precisely no matter how much I altered the basic saturation. There was also a slight change on the white level (or something like that) which needed adjustment (this wasn't basic brightness).

But I did not alter anything more for 3D. Did not notice an appreciable difference in Cirque solie worlds apart. Toy Story 1 was a bit darker but the color wasn't affected that much.

BR2049 in 3D might be tough to use as an example with the producers trying to retain it's use of gloomy texture while extending the 3D experience as best as possible. You know the difficulties with darker scenery.

But it all comes down to what one likes and if you like it - STICK WITH IT!

Also, aren't you using a projector? If so, then can see why you might need adjusting that might not be necessary on mine since different technology.

Hey, did you like the movie? I did.
BR 2049 was my favorite movie of the year!
Take for instance the scene in Las Vegas where K is walking around the ruins and into the casino. Both the bluray and UHD look rich in saturation, and so does the 3D until I put my 3D glasses on. Once I wear the glasses colors lose their quality

Was finally able to order Justice League 3D and King Arthur 3D and only paid $13 out of pocket after a $40 GC from Valentine's Day.

Just watched White Haired Witch of the Lunar Kingdom.

Know this is another retelling of a classic story. Though many panned it, my wife and I both thought it was great. Maybe because it was our first go round with it so were not comparing it to prior film adaptations.

The 3D was well done as was the overall picture quality. What I liked most was given enough time to read the subtitles. BTW - first time I saw objects appear in front of subtitles.

If one likes this genre of film, don't think you will be disappointed.

That whole scene was just amazing, with the A/V glitches due to the power outage...How about that for 3D viewing!
I think I am going to stay with wide color gamut for now. Even the regular bluray looks more saturated. The outdoor scenes of Las Vegas have this dense yellow tone...But it's all lost once I wear 3D glasses, unless I select wide color gamut

I bet you are! Note no Ultraviolet overlays and repeated 3D logos (including an incorrect Blu-ray 3D logo) in the below - such an obvious bootleg that you shouldn't have even thought about buying it:

Does the Dutch 3D version include the English voice end-credits?

Mr. 13th:

How does the 3d look?

What is the deal with having to get a dutch copy? This is getting seriously ridiculous! (Although I will admit it like a treasure hunt).

Thank you helping me see the light! And showing me bol.com!

A song in English plays during the end credits, if that's what you're asking. The credits themselves are Dutch but revert back to English once they start to scroll. I didn't test the Dutch audio track.

I had a quick look, it's OK but this isn't nWave.

I just watched Cease Fire

Great, natural 3D - right from the opening credits I knew I was in for a treat. If I have to nitpick, there were a few too many shots without something in the foreground and too much patrolling/walking generally but the tank cannon pop-outs more than made up for that and the 3D often brought the landscape and battle scenes out. The interior shots were strong too. Not a film I would have watched in 2D but I will come back to it in 3D, it will make a great double bill with Dragonfly Squadron.

Thanks! Sorry, I should have said do the end-credits include the English-track voice-credits.

Last time I saw Terminator 2: Judgment Day from beginning to end, was a long time ago in a VHS in a 4:3 Television when I was a kid. Remember watching with my older brother and always being amazed by the T-1000 and the scene from Arnold cutting is flesh to show the terminator arm.

Fast forward almost 20 years. And I just finished watching it on 3D in a 55" OLED. Amazed by the rose box that flew of the screen when the Terminator pulled the Shotgun and getting poked by the gun barrel a couple of times!

Amazing 3D! Loved it!
I think the 3D on Titanic had a little more depth but still, amazing conversion!

Now just need some time to Watch the Lego Movie 3D!
