Just watched it three times straight, dear Lord it looks good. The shots of Unicron and the choppers are unreal with detail. Hopkins' jacket, too. I love the color scheme during the Bumblebee/Optimus smackdown, with the pink/purple hue in the sky. Gonna see this on the biggest screen I can find in June.

I would've liked it more if they hadn't butchered the Dinobots.

Maybe it is just the way the trailer is cut
[Show spoiler]or maybe Unicron presents itself in different ways to different robots as a form of trickery
, guess we won't know for sure until the movie comes out

Michael Bay makes movies. However, I wouldn't say he makes good movies. They're not bad movies but I wouldn't exactly call them great either. The only notable acting in the Transformers movies has been the great Peter Cullen. The rest of the cast is very forgettable.
Are you NEW to the world of movies? The ONLY real thing the Studios care about is one thing. Any idea What that could be? ----- Exactly

So as long as these Keep doing That, they'll keep asking him, tho maybe he Is done with these (after this one) - but who knows...

I remember walking out of the theater extremely disappointed. Didn't think any Transformers movie would be as bad as Fallen, but Extinction surpassed the horribleness of Fallen on every level. I bought the Blu for a bargain because I wanted to give it another shot and ended up FF through a chunk of the mess. It made it more bearable, but I'll never sit through it again.

I actually think it would be pretty cool to have Unicron be female. If you can't top Orson Welles, you might as well go in the exact opposite direction.

Watching it from start to finish is painful, but on BD that "skip" button is a godsend. Can get through all the good stuff in about 90 minutes lol

Weird. I think Fallen and Dark of the Moon are unwatchable.

I cut Fallen a lot of slack cuz I have a soft spot for it. I visited the set when they were shooting the scene with the Blackbird at the Udvar-Hazy, and then ended up seeing the movie at midnight on the IMAX screen at that same museum.

Dark of the Moon is just too long; shave 20-30 minutes off the middle of the movie and it's as good as the first.

I rate the series like this

1. Transformers
2. Transformers: Dark of the Moon
3. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (Take out the Twins and the dumb humour and you have a decent sequel).
4. Transformers: Age of Extinction (way to long).

However the 1986 Transformers: The Movie is still the best Transformers film to date.

Age of Extinction wasn't that bad. I was just glad that they ejected those no talent hacks, Shia Lebeouf and Megan Fox. Mark Wahlberg was a nice addition to the cast. He's a better actor than the idiot Shia and Megan was only there for eye candy. How many times are we going to get the babe with water glistening off her body? What gets me is that Megan ain't even all that sexy to begin with. The dialogue written for her was just ridiculous and just how many "oh my God" moments did we have to endure with Shia's character?
