Just finished watching my 1-4 set. I've never seen these before but I Got to say I enjoyed all of them. And surprisingly, I found House 3: The Horror Show to be my favorite of the four. I rank them in this order:

House 3
House 2
House 1
House 4

I think people just made up things and told themselves 3 and 4 aren't any good to make themselves feel better because the US was only getting the first 2. Cause honestly, they're not that bad. And as I said I like part 3 the most. But that may be cause I'm a sucker for gore lol. Not to mention Lance Henriksen is the shit. Either way, anyone who went with the US set is definitely missing out.

Great point. I know I enjoyed both parts 3 and 4 as well. I mean part 3, KNB effects, Lance Henriksen, Brion James...I mean, what's not to like?

Anyone know where to find clear replacement cases? The only cases in my collection that fit 4 in the box are the clear cases from the Well Go Phantasm set.

Just got done talking to a rep at Amazon UK & they said that the House collection from Arrow they do have stock and will be getting some more next month.

House: Two Stories was waiting in my mailbox when I arrived home.

I haven't seen either of these movies since high school.

Funnily enough, my friends and I went to see House II:The Second Story at the theater without having seen the first movie. (I rented the first movie on my own shortly after.)

The main thing I remember about that theatrical viewing of House II was my friends and I really cracking up at the way that Jesse's great-great grandfather says, in the backwoods country hillbilly voice, "...my great-great graaaaandson!", when he is resurrected. We used to go around quoting that to each other for months after we saw that movie.

I've yet to watch my UK set, but looking forward to it. I've seen them all except 4 in the past, but it's been a long time since I saw 2.

Mine has said "we have your order" for about 11-12 days now, and a Rep said I should have it in hand on or before may 4th, hoping we all get our set from UK!

Just finished up House IV from my UK set, and only recall ever seeing the original. Found something to like in all of them and I'm very happy with the purchase. I'd kick it to the curb and Ebay it if I wasn't. Enjoyed House III more than II or IV, likely because Lance Henricksen was in it. He can usually manage to elevate even the most craptastic film just by being in it. On to the extras ...

I hope you guys are right. My order says it should arrive between may 2-11, but it's still not dispatched so i'm kind of sceptical about those dates. (may 2nd would be impossible, but i have received UK orders in a week before.)

As long as i actually get one i'll be happy.

I placed mine around the 15th or so, a few weeks after the UK box went on sale. Mine says Arriving 4 May - 9 May and still in the "We Have Your Order" phase - until it says "Preparing for Shipment" I'll continue to be very nervous it'll cancel..
