I understand that. I was referring to scratchtasia, whom i was quoting.
At least we can rule you out ![]() Let's hope the developers or other people can figure it out. |

I haven't made any changes in my home or phone setup that would have caused this, and the app worked fine up until a couple of months ago. I haven't gone through all the troubleshooting steps you outlined a few comments back, but I did try the DNS leak test and all of the reported ISPs were Google, like yours. Maybe it's some disconnect between the app and the ISP? (My ISP is Google Fiber; I wonder if others having problems also have the same ISP.) I hope someone more technical than me can figure it out. |

I need to try the app while I'm connected to wifi that isn't my home network. But I'm not using other wifi much in the COVID era, since I'm always at home. |

I did some troubleshooting with the support department of my ISP (Google Fiber). Nothing changed the behavior of the app, and they say they're not filtering or blocking. Here's their response about the error code:

Recently, I discovered the Blu-ray.com app and it seems to be a nice app from a distance but it seems to be limited. Requiring an always on connection to the internet and there aren't options to allow you to display the Blu-rays you have into categories. I've been searching for an app where I could display the movies and TV shows I've purchased, so I know what I'm missing when I'm out. The app seems to generically list all titles in alphabetical order, with no options to display them by genre, category or custom categories, like how your collection is listed here on the site. It also defaults to some weird view, not keeping the previous settings.
Wondering if there are any plans to improve the app with a broader list of options and whether to include an offline mode. It just appears to pull your lists from your site account only. |

Hmmm, it used to be able to do more offline than now, but...
Go to My Collection > then say Blu-ra, scroll down for filters, click on categories, you can see your categories there. However, this doesn’t seem to be an option for All Movies. I also use an app called DVD Profiler, (invelos. com), you can view your collection, by categories if you set it up that way, and full profiles offline, you may want to check it out. I use it with a web browser on Mac for free, I think the mobile app is like $3, no subscription needed, unless you want more capabilities on computer. |

I think a cool feature to add to the app, perhaps even the website as well, would be a randomization feature. A user would be able to select from a group of movies, games, directors, whatever, hit the randomize button, and have the app/website spit out a selection for them.
This would be a cool way to decide on a movie for any given night, eliminate a lengthy choosing process, or just be a pure fun way to thin out a to-watch list many of us have. |

I have a question. I bought a bunch of movies from a store closing even and just D2D’d them. I haven’t added D2D entries to my digital collection list using the app in a long time. Can someone hit me over the head or push me in the right direction on how to do that since my mind threw away memory?

Recently i changed to higher internet speed and got a new router from my ISP, because the old router isn't build to handle the higher internet speed. And now the app is working via my home wifi network. So my ISP had apparently changed something in the router (firmware?) that i wasn't aware of. So hopefully it is resolved now. If not i will give them a call. |

I don't know how or if this could be done, but is there any way to add random select feature to the app? Like, for me who have close to 2,000 titles, have the feature randomly pick a movie for me to watch that night? I find myself a lot turning the TV off after looking for something to watch, just to get tired of scrolling it... lol

Hello everyone,
I have a small issue. I just got a new iPhone. Upgraded to the new 12 max. Got all my apps back in and upgraded the software to iOS 14.4. Bluray App: Version 1.7.2 Build 5163 I opened up the app and got all my DVDs and Games back in with no problems. However, the Blu-rays are not loading at all. Keeps coming back as Request Error. No error code as of yet has come up. Now I own a large number of Blurays. My first thought was can it or is it able to get all of them? COuld it be failing due to the large number size? But it found the DVDs and Games fine and I have a large amount of them as well. Nothing like my Bluray however. So I deleted the app. Then I reinstalled it and again found the DVD/Games. Again not the Blu-rays. I like to ask if anyone has had this problem if there is a workaround or fix? Has this been a problem for the iPhone 12 max of as late or all phones. I like to see what everyone has been going through. I am at a loss ![]() Thank you all! |

I just recently went to look up the few blu rays I have categorized as "ordered", and I realize that I can no longer look up by category. When did this happen, and is there something I am missing? Can we still access our categories in the app somehow?

Hi there!
Been using the site and app for years, but have just noticed there are titles not showing in my app collection that I have in my collection when viewing on the website. Any ideas why? Thanks in advance ![]() |
