And Stingray is coming out today. What's your point? Everything seems to be done by Dave. He probably closes it because he can't handle getting a bunch of orders 24/7.

For an operation like DF, the bulk of the orders would come in when new titles are first added. After that, orders would only trickle in. With the store being closed down, it causes more orders to occur during a shorter window.

Had to sign in to my account at Dark Force to check if I'd ordered Stingray (I did, back on June 6th). Still no shipping notification. Don't think I've ever waited a month for a new DF disc.

Thank you jmilo61, it was a pre-order for STINGRAY at a discounted price. The new BD50 release with heavy extras will be shipping the week of July 12th. As usual the custom 3D emboss slipcover held up the production but it is going to look spectacular.

Camera reversal negative? Wouldn't that be better stated as "Camera Reversal element"? I've never seen a reversal negative!

That type of reversal film has no negative, but I think he is likely adding the word negative because some people who don't understand film might think 'this might not be as good since it's not from the camera negative'.

I know as I shoot film. Still, it should have been phrased better.

Apparently they did this a long time ago. It is the original camera negative but it's a reversal negative. Damn confusing as usual but the bottom line...it's going to be looking the best it ever has on home video by a mile.
