Based on the below message, it seems like it should have shipped as long as you didn't pre-order Fangs along with it.

Can't comment on their customer service, I've never had to contact them.

Have you tried messaging them on Facebook? They usually reply pretty quickly.

My BF order is still sitting without any changes (and no, I didn't order Forced Entry or FANGS ). I did try about two weeks ago to contact Dark Force a couple times. Once through their contact form, and again through the info@darkforcesuperstore.com email. I haven't got a response from either. I am now hoping that once they finish with the FANGS shipping issues, they can get back to responding to other issues.

All orders from Black Friday sale that DID NOT contain the pre-order for FANGS have been long shipped out. If you have not received your order it may have been accidentally mixed with the FANGS orders. You can contact us on the Dark Force Facebook page or at Darkforcedvd@yahoo.com and make sure to include the order number and we will look right into it. FANGS is being completed in replication this week and all orders from Black Friday with that title will commence shipping next week. We will have an exclusive preview of the FANGS custom slipcover on the Facebook page within the next few days. The replication did take longer than usual due to the complexity of the slipcover but we expect this to be our best looking slipcover to date.
