I never catch Dark Force live streams when they're actually live. But I always try to check them out after the fact. They're honestly almost more entertaining than a lot of the movies I watch.

The Demon is closest thing in blu ray collecting to triggering my nostalgia for watching Don West pitching baseball cards on the home shopping network as a kid. Alternate that with random physical threats towards other retailers and trolling Facebook commenters. When bananaman is there dropping insults as well it's icing on the cake.

Then I always have a minor internal conflict when the Dave repeatedly says "dee-awe-bohll-eek." First I have to realize what the hell he's talking about. When I finally get it, I laugh at how he's pronouncing it. Then by the fourth time he does it I'm questioning if that's the way it should actually be pronounced.

As an added bonus on this latest stream: Facebook adds an option to playback at a faster speed after the live stream is over. I'll usually watch them at 1.5 speed or so like I do most podcasts.

With Dave previewing Keep It Up Jack with it playing the background, the Keep It Up Jack music when sped up like that gives off a Yakety-Sax-Benny-Hill-ending-chase-scene vibe. But then when he pans over to his TV screen it's people boning. Amazing stuff.

Never stop the live streams please. Release them on blu-ray and I'd probably buy it.

I have a bigger problem with Youtubers who pronounce boutique as "bo-teek".

I know Dave & Co. are modelling their schtick after over-the-top wrestling shows. Works if you're a wrestling fan but if you're not it's just a huge turnoff. Even if it's just an act, I don't want or need to see people threatening or insulting others.

Fair points. I assume the Diabolik pronunciation and the threats are just Dave cutting wrestling-style promos and I've never really taken any of it remotely seriously because of that. Obviously I wouldn't be having fun with it if I thought Dave was being serious.

I shouldn't make too light of it though, because in the end I don't really know.

While Scott 'Razor Ramon' Hall wasn't a wrestler I followed much outside of his time(s) in WCW and WWF, you gotta respect a man who actively wrestled from 1985 to 2010. WWF/WWE, WCW, TNA and ECW, respectively. It's unfortunate that his substance and health problems really drug him down in the end. What's frustrating is that his death will continue to fuel the stigma that this is the fate expected of most pro wrestlers. If there aren't any transitional/ recovery/ coping programs offered for retired wrestlers, there really should be. Especially by those who employed and made millions off them.

Demon going on a tirade about College Boy, Scorpion, LA Rats, and one of the reply guys in the comments section who is always talking trash. Many threats of asskickings. All while Bill is on the phone with him from the hospital, barely keeping up.

Tirade continued as Demon began watching MAKO and comparing the shark victims to College Boy. Bill drops off for a bit then makes are surprising return while Demon was admiring himself in the mirror.
