Wow. Haven’t checked in on this thread in a couple weeks & was blown away to see BBY is gonna have a Steelbook Collection. Awesome & pre-ordered! Also, a little bummed I’m gonna miss the 25th anniversary stuff at Universal Studios next month. We go on our annual summer vacation every July. Maybe they’ll have some cool left over stuff for my sons when we head out. My boys love the JP ride & we always spend a good 30 minutes or so in the gift shop drying off & looking at cool merchandise. They always usually spend all their $$ on our 1st day on vacation & regret not having saved any for the other “cool stuff” they see in other gift shops. LoL. My 8year olds 9 different lightsabers come to mind....

It's not going to include two extra slots for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom? That sucks.

I noticed in the pictures that this collection will have the disks stored in slide in cases in a sort of book like case. Wouldn't it be safer if the disks had their own case or something? After all, 4k disks are super sensitive to scratches. Having to slide them in and out doesn't sound like a good idea.

I wouldn't at all be surprised if come Oct/Nov they re-release the set this time with Fallen Kingdom included but even if the current one had room for Fallen Kingdom it wouldn't be complete in a few years when the next film is released which is why I am glad the UK had a Trilogy set instead, the individual releases of the JW films can sit next too it with them all in proper cases not packaging that is a ticking time bomb.

It's Universal, they will re-release the hell out of this.

In centuries to come, archaeologists will be digging up Fast & Furious boxsets from everywhere and wondering wtf happened.

I'm very happy with the iTunes version - colors are very natural and HDR subtle and very muted in shots with CGI. As for the image quality, I know it's compressed, but... I would say it's more The Mummy Returns than The Mummy.

Looking forward to see screenshots from the actual disc.

I mean, with all due respect, what the hell is the point of sharing photos of the 1080p vs the 4K if we're supposed to "ignore the image quality"?

Isn't the whole point of sharing comparison shots to compare the image quality?

My point was to show how different sky outside the window looks in SDR vs HDR. I thought it's gonna be obvious for everyone with working pair of eyes
