Yeah, there's definitely things here and there that don't make much sense, and Loki making mistakes with a couple of things in the last episode. Telling him that Mobius was his real name when Loki knows it's not, and then him thinking Sylvie wouldn't remember him when she's a variant that wouldn't be changed by the events of Episode 4 as the two examples.

Yeah, it's disappointing that after all this time we only get 6 episodes. I'm glad we got a second season at all, but still, it comes off as Disney caring more about being cheap than actually putting out great products. This season has been good overall, but hopefully the finale doesn't feel rushed because of Disney. 8 should be the bare minimum any show gets though.

There is no "bare minimum"....just wrap the story up...whether its 6, 8 or 12.

The outcome is more important than the length, unless extra episodes mean more advertisements.

[Show spoiler]This is all going to lead to Loki deciding to be better. He can now actually go back and change a lot.

I wouldnt be surprised if he joined whatever iteration the "New Avengers" become down the line...(at least during the Kang arc).

He joined Thor against their sister already in Ragnarok.

And Popular Villains who morph into Anti-Heroes usually become "heroes" or have many hero moments. Venom, Red Hood, etc used to be a beasts.

I don't know why, but I'm just not feeling this season. It doesn't feel like a whole lot has happened. I've never been one to be all "this could/should've been a movie", but i do feel that's the case here. 5 episodes in and it feels like the events could've been condensed a fair bit. I'm always one who applauds when shows/movies (especially superhero ones) allow things to breathe a bit, but here it's not working for me. I suppose any time travel/undoing thing is risky, because it makes you wonder what the stakes really are. If things can just easily be undone, then it makes you less invested, unless done really right. Like with Infinity War, we knew all those people were coming back, but it still felt exciting to see how it all played out. But now Loki can seemingly go back and change whatever he wants- it's going to lead to more "why didn't Loki go back and change X" questions, like we get with Captain Marvel or the Avengers now. So either they're gonna retcon the power away or just conveniently not have him do it.

Or maybe I'm just misunderstanding the logic behind it. I probably am. Whereas I felt kinda smart for understanding Endgame's time travel, all the time stuff this season is leaving me scratching my head. I'll wait until the season is over and go watch one of those "Loki season 2 explained" videos.

I do agree that the Spaghetti-fication of people has been downright horrifying, though. I thought the Blip was bad enough, but this almost seems worse. That scene with Sylvie in the last episode was admittedly really dang cool.

In this season they are jumping on the Sacred Time line and the Branches.

Yeah I think I'm gonna have to look one of those "explained" videos up, hahaha. Great season, but I'm still confused with some of it!

It took me some time to get into season 2 but the last episode more then made up for it.

Dunno how they could do a season 3 after that. But I hope this isn't the last we see of Loki.

That Finale was awesome. Loki is kind of like The Spectre now. Also props for making the new loom looking like yggdrasil the world tree from Asgard.

What a wild finale.

I'm going to need Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead to direct the next Avengers movies.

They’ve got to fix the next season of Daredevil first (and hopefully continue making their own stuff too)

Loki. 4/4. 10/10. One of the best things marvel has ever made. Will be one of the definitive moments of the character and the moment hiddleston owned the character for good. Give me secret wars now.

Agreed, but

[Show spoiler]1.) What happened to He Who Remains since Sylvie didn't kill him?

2.) How is this going to affect Kang The Conqueror?

[Show spoiler]Sylvie does still end up killing He Who Remains. Loki chose not to stop her in the end and just destroy the loom so he could take over managing the time threads. If he had let Sylvie kill him, the loom never would have been in danger of exploding to protect the sacred timeline. Thus, no need to try to fix the loom.
