Hey! Watch out for the Clippers this year. I have a bad feeling about them...Not! As for the preseason, not that I could watch it anyways (they're not being broadcast), I couldn't get into having to memorize players playing late in the fourth only to have them be cut right before the season. Nobody's playing for real, those refs suck. I can't wait for the real season. Luckily, I have NFL to hold me over and then some.

Hey, some of my favorite ever games were in November. Tony's 55 last year, Many almost single-handedly defeating the gonna-win-70 '03-'04 Lakers. That's all I can remember now, but it's way more competitive than preseason. And those refs, who I've heard nothing but bad things about, better be gone.

Personally I think the regular season is fun for the first couple of months, and then guys start getting hurt or tired; so games in January thru early March usually feel pretty boring to me.

At long last both NBA.com (international tv schedules) and my cable carrier released the TV schedules for the upcoming 09/10 season. Guess what? As expected, we won't get a single game on opening night!

Instead, the first game we are going to get here in Hong "Commies Infested" Kong will be Denver @ Portland on Friday morning, 30th Oct (HK time). Then Chicago @ Boston the next morning, and finally Portland @ Houston on Sunday morning... Chances are I probably won't get up for that Sunday morning game... I mean, without Yao and T-Mac, who cares about the Rockets?

Streaming games off the internet is the only option for me here. Otherwise, there are only 3 games per week on cable, and perhaps one more in HD once a month or something.

So is Uncharted 2 worth the cash? I am very interested, so tell me more.

Yeah, Bynum looks pretty good thus far in the pre-season, but then it IS the pre-season; so I will wait and see how he play later. Anyway, he is supposed to be fully recovered now, and he doesn't have any excuses whatsoever.

I can answer that. U2 is so very worth the cash. You'll see things in that game that at least I've never seen in any other game, immersion wise. So many things are going on on-screen at once, it's unbelievable. But only if you like action games. I don't know what kind of games you like but most gamers like this one.

Thumbs up on that!! I know its early but our bench has shown it can close out the games so far in the preseason. That would be huge!!

I think this is going to be a huge contract year for Farmar as a player. If he wants to make the big bucks down the road, this is the year he shows the Lakers and the rest of the L what he can do. So does anyone know why he changed his number to 1?
