For those Costco members (or friends of Costo cardholders) who may have missed the earlier sales for the Bourne Blu Trilogy at FS or Amazon.ca (for about $39 if I recall), or aren't keen on getting it shipped from Amazon UK (for approx $28 CDN if you don't get dinged with duties), I just saw it at Costco in Ottawa (Innes Rd.) for $44.

I still think the Amazon UK is the way to go, although maybe I've just been lucky to date as I've ordered a dozen times over the past two months from Amazon UK and have never been hit with duty charges.....

I have a few friends that work at Costco and they have informed me that the Spiderman Trilogy is discontinued and has been marked down to $18.99. Good luck finding it though as all Costcos in the GTA are sold out and will not be restocking anymore copies.

When I was informed of the price drop they had 3 more copies. I was offered one; however I already own it. The remianing copies were snatched up by employees at this particular location.

Damn... picked up the Spider-Man set last night at London North for $32.99. Is that $18.99 Toronto only, or should I be heading back to my location tonight to see if it's been dropped?

There were 8-10 copies left.

trust me.. dont worry about it... i paid $69.99 for this trilogy 2 years back cuz i HAD to have it. it was the first bluray trilogy i ever bought. makes me sick to think ppl are getting it now for less than a third of the price i paid

Thanks for the tip, but no luck at this end. I just returned from the Costco on Innes Rd. in Ottawa and they had no SP or RE trilogies left, even though they had quite a few copies of each earlier in the week. But they still had plenty of copies of the Bourne BD trilogy for $44.99.

If that's the case, Im going in and if I see it for $18.99, im returning mine I bought, getting my money back the buying it for $18.99 =p

I already ripped off the shrink wrap from my copy. If it is indeed 18.99, customer service desk should be able to refund the difference if I just produce the receipt (if they still have some in stock, I assume).

Ok, just called the London North Costco, and spoke with customer service. She said the Spider-Man boxset is marked as "inactive" (so discontinued essentially), and that there's a chance it would be reduced shortly.

For now though, it's $32.99.

I also confirmed with the customer service rep earlier today that should the price drop, and I were to come in with the item and receipt, that they would refund the difference.

I believe she said there's a 30-day limit for that though.

Apparently they have increased the price back up to $32.99 due to stock variences at other stores throughout Ontario (some stores having excess of 7 copies in stock). Sorry guys. If you happened to be at Costco up until Sunday June 13 you would have lucked out on the $18.99 price. I have confirmed that the price will be reduced back to $18.99 as stock becomes depleated at other warehouses. I would suggest periodically checking with your local warehouse.

Just so people know, while most probably have/had these... I just got back from the Costco in Windsor, and they have Step Brothers and Superbad for $12.99 each.
