I bought my copy day 1 knowing it was inferior quality, I just couldn't wait until a remastered version appeared (I didn't know it would be THIS quick tho).

I've read on the "other" Gladiator thread that some more people have been receiving their new replacement discs!

But...they all seem to be on the West coast and i'm in Jersey.

Oh well...at least they are FINALLY mailing them out!!!

sorry, I am lost. so i just call the 1-800 number provided and they will tell me to ship the disc to the mailing address? is there a charge for the new remastered version disc?

Call the number and have your disc handy as the will ask you to read a number off of it.

Or, just mail it in and provide your name, address and phone number on a slip of paper.

The exchange is free.

No charge other than shipping. Just slap 4 stamps on an envelope, drop the disc inside a sleeve, stick the sleeve in the envelope along with your name, address, and phone number, and then mail it off.

Well thanks for the info. I did check my blu ray box, the paramount logo is on the lower left hand side, on the slipcase too but the words "2 disc set" does not appear over it.

the in-ring number i have is NA13081B1R1. so is mine the old version or the new one?

That is the old version which needs updated. Send it in. I sent mine today.

I called and I specifically asked the representative if i needed to pay for shipping and they said no, just to send it off with my name address and phone #. But i wrote at the bottom To PLEASE CALL IF I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING

Do the Fed-Ex packages require a signature? I'm away on vacation, so I'd like to know if they are just gonna drop it off at my house or send it back to the shipper.

Yes, I too would like to know if anyone has had to sign for theirs? My wife and I are not home during the day.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON THE REPLACEMENT TO YOU! It is an exchange program and the only shipping you pay for is sending it to Deluxe which is two to four stamps depending on the envelope used.

Thank you very much. I saw worried I was going to have to call FedEx or something strenuous like that. Guess I'll just have my grandpa pick it up when he gets the mail.
