I apologize for taking over this thread but I really love this vendor, I've moved all my preorders over to them. And today finally Amazon and Best Buy are price matching each other with the upcoming Olive Signature Line. Does Bull Moose ever price match the big dogs this close to release date (9/20)? I completely understand if they wouldn't. Just doing everything in my power to not shop with Amazon or Best Buy.

We do try to stay competitive on that stuff. It looks like for the 29.99 MSRP stuff we're on the right level with (or beating) the big guys - and for the 9/20 releases we're way under on High Noon, but then Amazon is beating us bad on Johnny Guitar (which is a new price drop for them I think; or at least I didn't notice it last week when I was checking). The prices on Olive Signature are all over the map it seems.

Speaking more generally - we definitely do try to match the 'big guys' as best we can, and even get out in front of them whenever possible (we're now trying to prebook 6-8+ weeks in advance just to stay sharp). We won't be able to beat them every time (again, that Johnny Guitar price is insanely low) but we always aim to come at least within a few bucks.

Also - don't even worry about taking over the thread. It's cool (for me anyway) to be able to interact direct with customers again. It's something I really miss about working in a retail location vs HQ.

Arrow's CHUD on blu is up on their site. For some reason it's listed as a DVD and import, but the description says Blu-ray. Going for $25. $10 cheaper than Amazon. Waiting for The Initiation to be posted too.

Can't find a listing for the Roddenberry Vault Bluray at Bull Moose.
After the way Amazon fumbled the ball with the price of the 50th Anniversary set I was hoping that they could beat Amazon's price for that release as well.

I picked up a copy of the Vincent Price Collection Vol. 1 when I heard it went OOP. Even though I liked having it as "my" secret spot for finding things too, I've always encouraged people on here to check out Bullmoose since they deserve all the success. In ME & NH, they're pretty much the last bastion of physical music and movie releases in an actual store, all other places pale in comparison to their selection.

That's funny. I grabbed The House on Sorority Row back when I heard it was OOP from bullmoose a couple years ago. Guess it was a lot of folks secret spot.

They're still decent for scoring some stuff. I was able to get the limited edition of Pieces from them with the puzzle and was able to get a copy of Short Circuit after it went OOP.

No coupons that I can think of. However, they do have a lot of cheaper prices. As well as no tax and free shipping if you make an order over $30. Plus their points system can get you other discounts in the future.

That was strange. CHUD includes a DVD supposedly, so maybe that's why it was wrong. The Initiation had the same problem. Those are good to go now.

We added Arrow's Driller Killer (regular and steelbook versions) and Lionsgate's C.H.U.D. II for good measure.

Sorry you had to ask about those. Glad we are getting your stuff to HI, though.
