I have a Dolby Vision player and TV and this set only pops up HDR and not Dolby Vision.

That was my experience. When I was at the store, the employee was putting out new releases and this was in a box in a cart with other releases I knew were out this week. I asked for a copy and he handed it to me. Self check out wouldn't let me scan it, and someone who I assume was management checked on his handheld device and it showed the date as Sept 7 as the street date. He was confused, but overid by just scanning a season 1 UHD set, which was the same price. I wasn't complaining, I even offered to go pick out something else since I was trying to fulfill the B2G1, but he didn't mind.

I just finished working up versions with 15mm spines as to accommodate cases that can hold 4-6 discs. While I was at it I changed the images used for the top portion of the spines. I'm also calling out the number of discs in the given release on the back portion now. Well, for the 15mm versions. In any event, enjoy!

Since this show in particular is produced by Netflix, I would not expect ST to receive a worldwide disc release, so, yes, you will have to import it.

At least from one Target source, their system is saying a lot fewer copies will be showing up in stores than Season 1 last year with no indication of new replenishment stock. Also, no word yet that this will actually drop in price like the previous Black Friday.

I'm interested in Season 2, but I know reviews of Season 1 in UHD were NOT very positive. Has anyone reviewed Season 2, so we know it has HDR and is worth the extra $$$ this time?

There has been no formal review as of yet.

However, it was determined that the 4k discs do have:

1) DTS-MA Lossless 5.1 English audio

2) HDR10 grading (no Dolby Vision)

3) No extras besides a skippable ad for Lost in Space Season 1 (the Blu-ray disc has the same ad, only it's not skippable)

4) Three episodes per BD-66 rather than four because there are three discs per format in the package and nine episodes (3 4k, 3 Blu-ray - 6 discs total)

So its safe to assume that like last year, the 4K set will include Blu-Ray discs too, just as the Blu-Ray set will include DVDs? Who the hell still uses DVDs is beyond me.

I had to double down last year as I didn't know that there was going to be a separate 4K set let alone a 4K set altogether.
