It was never released through official channels but I regret selling off my signed DVD copy of William Malone's Creature. Sold it because I expected Shout or someone who deals with MGM to release a Blu-ray at some point. Still waiting for that to happen.

TT is the only release with both 1.78 and the theatrical scope aspect ratio too. All the others are 1.78 only.

I've been fortunate to mostly stay ahead of the curve with most OOP titles, having grabbed things prior to them going for crazy amounts. That said, I do wish I could have snagged the Anchor Bay edition of Mother's Day before it went OOP but more than that, there are a handful of older Code Red releases I'd like to get like Trick or Treats. I'm sure Bill still has a handful of these damn things sitting around in his bathroom or kitchen somewhere too...

Here's another one I had several chances to get, but was too much of a cheapskate to spend the money. You can still get the individual releases, but the real fun would have been to have the set. Last I saw, it was going for £250+.
