"Creative differences" aka Leitch and his wife pissed Spielberg off.

Jeff Sneider? Yeah, I call clickbait nonsense. Especially after he tried to simp for Zaslov deleting Coyote vs Acme.

Can't Spielberg just direct this himself?

Bullitt is still very early in development; the first reports on this project indicate Spielberg is very hands-on; the script is probably locked already; design work has been done...

He should just come to his senses and do it himself.

He could and I would be excited if he was directing, but he doesn't direct just any movie. He would have to think the script/story concept is amazing to be worth his time and effort to put his name on it as director.

I don’t think Spielberg was even interested directing the second one. He did it for the fans, but his heart wasn’t into it like the first one.

That said, he does contribute a lot into the story and who directs.

I’d love it if Spielberg directed this.

The screenwriter of the first two Jurassic Park movies, and the director of Rogue One. I think this movie is in good hands!

That’s an upgrade! He’s the perfect choice to shepherd the franchise into the next era.

That's awful news. Don't expect to see dinosaurs until at least halfway through, and those you'll see on TV monitors.

It's never been only about the dinosaurs, you know.

It's mostly about the dinosaurs. Look what the guy did with Godzilla.

Even besides all that, what a silly thing to say anyway. Like Gareth is just gonna verbatim make it the way he did Godzilla??? Rogue One and The Creator alone shooshes that noise real quick.

Besides, Gareth was making a Godzilla the same way the og was done. How much Godzilla was in Gojira?

Audiences in 1954 and audiences now are two totally different animals. Audiences now want to see bang for their buck, not cutaways of the main attraction for 1hr45mins.

Sure, not everybody is going to agree with the creative approach. But hell, even Godzilla in the 1998 movie didn't have more than 10 minutes. He had 9 minutes in rhe 2014 film. Either way, I highly doubt he's gonna make a Jurassic World movie like he did Godzilla. Did Len Wiseman make Die Hard 4 like he did Underworld? Did Tim Burton make Batman like Pee Wee's Big Adventure?

It's a juvenile response about one film you didn't care for projecting onto a whole other unrelated film yet to be made. Like his other efforts mean nothing.
