Yeah, it's a great game and thrusday was lots of fun. I'd be up for a game this week, not sure when though. I'll be doing some OT so depending on how late I get back I might not be able to play. Want to though, so I'm sure I'll be able to make the time.

Wow I didn't think they were right about being pushed to the edge but this is crazy. I always end up with little or no ammo right before a safehouse. I made it to the end of the first level to the top of Mercy hospital then a Tank pushed me off the building.

So what do you think of it? Is it overhyped or were we right on?

The game changes drastically when you play with other people. I love it solo but it really shines on Live.

What's your schedule like this week? I have games on Wed and this weekend. But can play during the week sometime...

It really helps to play it with some people who actually care about teamwork too. If you get with some guys who just don't listen or care, hop out of the game and get into another one.

Don't know...I had a long weekend and didn't get any rest, so I'm pretty tired. Depends on how wiped I feel at the end of the day, really. So far the week isn't out to a good start....

Yeah, it's paid.

I'm in an...unusual situation...given my employer and the overall stance regarding overtime (usually given as comp). Plus I'm non-exempt which means I get the full rate and not the partial (I'd max out at partial) so when OT is available I do my best to work it unless I literally can't take it because I need the down time.

My wife called, the 1st broken xbox back from the repair center. I'll have to hook it up tonight, but that means I'm not just relegated to after 8pm (weekdays aside) for my more violent games.

Huh?? I haven't seen that. That's kinds messed up and...kinda weird.

I'll add you into my friends list, maybe we can get a game up. I played a few hours of the 'versus' mode last night, playing the undead vs survivors.

VERY different style of play, and it's frustrating because it takes 20 seconds to spawn and you can't practice on your own--you can only play an undead in vs mode and it swaps turns with the other team. Pretty much every team I joined had a jerk on it that ruined the fun except for the last group I played with. But we all were new at playing this way, so we SUCKED as the undead :P
