Director George Lucas has said that there are a couple of shots in the movie that were "filmed" on digital video instead of 35 mm film. He also said that he dares anyone to try and figure out which shots these were.

One of the scenes that was shot digitially is where Qui-gon is sitting outside with Anakin the night before the race, after Anakin leaves, he has Obi-wan test Anakin's blood sample. I don't know what the other scene was.
