The bonus disc is apparently still available via the Crystal Lake Memories website.

The case only holds 4 discs. I've heard that the 5th comes in an extra sleeve.

i order around 7am the morning the pre-order went live and my shipping notice arrived yesterday around 5:30pm EST.

my fault, I ordered it at 115am on july 8th and STILL no order confirmation.

I noticed a customer service link on my pay pal statement and a number. It went to CAV distributing, but I called them and I just got voicemail after going through a bunch of prompts at every turn. I know it's saturday and they aren't there.

It seems to me that maybe paypal orders are the ones being late shipped. It also seems to me if 1428 films has CAV distributing for them and JUST ONE PERSON is doing all the work shipping them out that maybe that went to a cut rate distributor to save some cash. Which is understandable, but disappointing.

I'm sure it will arrive, but I would just like some sort of communication after two months of someone having my money. Not a sorry for the delay posting or don't worry they have shipped just no emails have been sent. Facebook or somewhere, but nothing.

you can fit up to 6 discs in a regular sized blu-ray case.

besides photos already popped up showing the inside, its two trays with 2 discs on each.

I got my confirmation e-mail yesterday at 1 am, got a tracking number and when I click on it, it re directs me to this site:

it also says "Shipment status is updated every evening" but still has no update, I just called the USPS 1-800 number, I gave them my tracking number and they still have no update on where the hell is my package....

Ok, was never doubting it. Just looked a little slim. Anyone know where you can get a five disc case? The bonus disc coming in a paper sleeve is kind of lame.

with so many people emailing them, i'm sure they are beyond busy just sifting through those. if i recall someone mentioned earlier how their inbox was so full it was rejecting emails.

if people weren't so damn impatient they probably wouldnt be overwhelmed. maybe i'm in the minority but i always give it 2-3 business days before i try and get in touch with a company about an order thats apparently late. there's a million reasons why there could be some delays. but people were already *****ing and moaning BEFORE the release date even arrived.

now you'd think seeing so many people confirm a shipping email since yesterday would make them realize that they've started shipping and their turn is coming but apparently even that isn't enough.

i can understand if you've never ordered stuff online before but if you're a "veteran" at online shopping, take a pill and relax. lol

That really bugs me, not sure how they are processing orders then. I mean if you ordered it 7 hours after those of us who ordered at midnight then there is no logic to how they are doing this lol.

Yeah exactly! I pre-ordered at midnight the moment it went LIVE and all I am asking is for some form of communication even if it is a generic statement on their facebook page stating their methods of processing orders. That's all I would need. I mean I paid for this just over 2 months ago, some official word would be nice that's all. Totally agree!!! :-/

I jumped on ebay and bought the signed copy for 100 bucks since it's currently going for 300 to 500. I figured why not. I'll sell my copy that I get from 1428 and keep the bonus disc and still come out halfway decent price, especially since I missed the DD preorder. I'm such an impulse buyer on saturday morning.

however I was kinda miffed to see this....

Is it possible they are processing orders alphabetically? I haven't received a shipping notice and my last name starts with a B. Maybe they are processing orders in reverse starting with Z?

Seems to be the only thing that could make sense at this point. I say we all give the first initial of our last name and see what letter has been shipped and if there is any pattern lmao.
