Bought mine at a BB around lunch time. No problem with the $10 DMR coupon. In fact, the cashier didn't even scan the barcode. She just glanced at it, manually keyed in the discount, and handed it back to me, no questions asked

I entered the DMR code and redeemed the offer for the Cars 2 movie ticket. I hope Cars 2 doesn't turn out to be the first bad Pixar movie. Btw, if anyone is not going to use their code for the movie ticket I could use another ticket

It sucks that many of you are having trouble. My BB had plenty of copies and the cashier took the coupon and manually keyed in the discount.

Nope. The first Cars has that title.

We'll agree to disagree.

Cars is not a bad film. It is definitely the weakest Pixar movie, but I'm worried that Cars 2 will truly be bad after watching the trailer for it months back. As for a sequel, like I've said before, The Incredibles truly deserves a good sequel. Cars 2 is simply unnecessary.

I'll be watching this blu btw sometime next week. Can't wait to experience the 5.1 HD track

Based on the DVD, didn't expect the audio to sound as great as it did!

I always thought it was the worst (Cars) but Pixar's sequels (imo) are always better than the first, so maybe the sequel will be better. This is how I would rate the films:

Toy Story 3
Monster's Inc
Up
Incredibles
Finding Nemo
Toy Story 2
Toy Story
Ratatouille
Walle
Bug Life
Cars

Out of curiosity, where do you stack Monsters, Inc.?

Just got back from Best Buy. Totally cleaned out of both. The shelf space allotted for INCREDIBLES looked like it would have held maybe twelve blu-rays. There was a NARNIA display in the middle of the floor the size of a Buick, sitting completely untouched and utterly ignored.

I f-ing love Best Buy. Now, I'm going to go sulk and watch my Criterion version of TOPSY-TURVY.

Unnecessary to you maybe, but Disney is going to make billions more off the merchandising from this film. Definitely necessary for them, no matter how the film actually turns out. And for people like me that actually enjoyed the first Cars movie, Cars 2 is going to be a blast.

Great to see all these comments on the PQ & AQ. I remember seeing this when it first came out years ago & don't believe I've seen it since, but did definitely Enjoy it. I also Love "Cars" (unlike many people here it appears, surprisingly ), & HAD planned to watch that first. But now, I think I'll be popping in THE INCREDIBLES either sometime Weds. afternoon or this Friday (my days off), & will be CRANKING UP MY HT to see if the walls come crumblin' down, the window panes Shatter, etc., etc.

Cars had better PQ and AQ but yeah Incredibles is a reference transfer or close to it.

Picked it up at Best Buy today. I got the last copy of The Incredibles. They had to go in the back where they had only one copy left. None left on the shelves.

Got lucky!!

The cashier at my Best Buy said people have been bringing in the coupons nonstop all day. Also that she was going to print one out and go to a close Best Buy to pick it up since there were none left at that store. As others have mentioned, she just manually keyed in the code and gave me the coupon back.

I still have faith in Pixar and they haven't disappointed me yet unlike others who hated Cars, which I still liked and enjoy watching it with the family. Maybe if Cars 2 gets horrible reviews, I'll give away my ticket

Oh I know it's completely necessary for Disney as they know they will make a huge profit. See my earlier post - https://forum.blu-ray.com/4609316-post1466.html

I just feel that it's unnecessary b/c I quite liked the nice ending Cars had. On the other hand, I could easily imagine The Incredibles becoming a trilogy like Toy Story. But I'm guessing that Cars merchandise is more popular than The Incredibles merchandise, so...

It definitely is; that's the whole point behind Cars 2.
