Those commentaries are very interesting, although a couple of their memories about the sport were incorrect.

There are actually 3 audio commentary tracks on the Code Red DVD. Director Kaylor and producer Richert each did a separate commentary track for DERBY, and Kaylor also did an audio commentary track for his short film MAX OUT.

I wish that Demon Dave would consider reissuing this title on Blu-ray, since Cod Red only released it as a DVD.

I can also vouch for Kill Crazy, highly entertaining and as with most low budget action films, some of the stunts are pretty unsafe lol.

David Heavener's character 'Alex' isn't anything close to 'Rambo'...he pretty much gets his ass kicked the whole movie

Agreed! Watched this double feature last night and I enjoyed Rivals much more than Sinner's Blood, though that one was ok too. I mistakenly assumed Rivals was a biker movie too as I didn't look into it, so was confused when it started but it was highly enjoyable and yes that ending was crazy!

Appreciate it Templeton, it was the 20th release in the drive-in series and we wanted it to be a great one. SINNER'S BLOOD is a bad ass exploitation flick that is a really fun watch and typical of the drive-in movies from that awesome era. We were very lucky to find an original 35mm interneg on that one which was blown up from the 16mm that it was originally shot in. The movie was shot in the late 60's and fortunately were able to uncover the very rare negative to make this release possible. Glad you enjoyed!
