I had a similar issue with an order from DF a year ago....contacted Dave @ his aol email and he resolved it within a few days.

Already resolved godzilla...Deadly Kung Fu Factor already on the way to you via first class mail. Sometimes our packing minions make mistakes during heavy volume of orders but the Dark Force Customer Service is second to none.

Got my order of the kung fu films and velvet smooth today. Only got to Shadow Fist Hunter so far, but what a find! Really wild and desperate fighting for a low budget 1973 basher. It looks great, and even gives us a glimpse at early Pearl Chang (even if she doesn’t fight in it.)

Thank you MobFu72, we were elated to be able to find original negatives of such rare Hong Kong kung fu flicks. We will continue to keep searching them out. These two were awesome, glad you enjoyed and thanks for the feedback.

The Dark Force Superstore is TEMPORARILY suspending all INTERNATIONAL & CANADA shipments due to continual issues with the shipping service SHIP STATION though PAYPAL. While we are looking into other avenues it would be helpful to us for you to email PayPal at service@paypal.com and file a complaint against ShipStation. We have been informed by them that they are looking to discontinue ShipStation due to numerous complaints and problems and go back to facilitating the shipping labels themselves which was far more ideal. We will have continual updates here as we receive them. The Dark Force Store will be reopening soon for all US SALES. The new bluray release THE BEAST AND THE VIXENS will be available for early bird purchase.

No Black Friday orders or MIRROR MIRROR 4K orders will be affected. PayPal directs us to Ship Station for purchasing shipping labels and anyone can tell you they are terrible. They will do things like charge for the label and then not issue it stating an error has occurred and most frequently with the international orders. And then we have to take them into the post office and ship manually which is equally as bad. The post office charges much higher shipping rates when you go in and they also take forever to process one shipment so with a lot of packages it is not feasible. But we are looking into other options and supposedly PayPal has gotten so many complaints on Ship Station they are looking to go back to providing the shipping labels themselves which was way less problematic. So just hold tight everyone international and Canada while we sort this out.
