Not in this case because all he wants to do is put the Synapse audio on the Italian UHD, though if he wants to keep any tracks from the 24p encoded UHD then yes, they will need to be adjusted also. Even so, I've done speed/pitch corrections with the audio using Audacity on several movies and the results are seamless to my ears, whereas re-encoding compressed video would kill my doddery old PC so if I can avoid touching the video then I will.

Yes, that's just what I think it does/did (even though my PC is rather fast, it's not that fast to do a re-encode so fast). Just set "Stretch by" to 24.000/23.976 and now the meta data says:

Frame rate: 23.976 (23976/1000) FPS
Original frame rate : 24.000 FPS

Add a delay of 16516 ms to the Synapse tracks in case of the IT UHD-BD. Value's in conjunction with the 24 to 23.976 fps frame rate conversion and otherwise completely untouched video. This gives you a silent Videa intro of course, but I for one don't care one bit.

(Also noticed that the Synapse has some odd chapters and first thought something went wrong with the delay there, but some chapters (4, 9 and 13) are somewhat off on the Synapse (went with the Synapse chapters).)
