Took delivery of my Mirror Mirror UHD / Seven Corpses UHD 2-pac today. Per usual, packaging was excellent. Looking forward to checking 'em out, both blind buys.

Well The House of Seven Corpses has been a big hit for us thankfully. So there is a chance we may reconsider with the 4K line if the good sales continue. They are very expensive to put out but we will be definitely be doing a major release of THE FARMER in 4K which will include massive extras and the all new documentary BEST SERVED COLD. Of course we will also be planning a major slipcover for THE FARMER release as well.

Hey Dave, what were you planning to use for the Death Ship and Terror Train 4Ks? I'm glad they're still coming even if it's from another label but there's some confusion about the source elements and whether or not these are actually coming to 4K. Any clarification would be great.

Placed and order for the 4k of House and Giant Spider. Looking forward to getting them. I'm glad I put off ordering The Farmer because I'm looking forward to the 4K this time around.

I sincerely hope this will be the outcome that inevitably happens in the end, "dark forces willing" of course.
I have already purchased every single Dark Force 4K UHD that has been released so far.
It might not be enough to help things out very much financially but at least I've done what little I can possibly do to support the continuation of this line.
If anyone is skeptical about the image/audio quality of these releases, don't be.
I highly encourage everyone to purchase all of these 4K (re-)releases if you can afford to do so.
I strongly believe/feel that 4K UHD is going to be the "end of the line" for physical home video formats, at least when it comes to older and more obscure cult films.
(Or it's at least the final format I'm willing to invest my money, time, and shelf space into... )

Of the releases by boutique labels that I've read about on here and on social media the last few months, The Farmer is one of those that I'm most looking forward to. Have you decided yet how many discs there will be in total?

Same. I actually had the House of Seven Corpses 4K in my cart the first time the store was open last week, but I waited too long to pull the trigger.

This time, I made sure to grab it ASAP, along with The Beast & the Vixens, Redneck, Death Rage, If He Hollers Let Him Go, and a couple non-DF titles.

I still need to pick up the Julie Darling and Sinner's Blood discs sometime soon, but my spending money situation has been iffy lately, so I'm having to pick and choose.

I agree. Most people, if not all, on here can't afford to have everything they want. If we all won ridiculous amounts on the lottery, & I'm talking about 10 million+, then we'd be able to afford everything we want whether it be DVDs, BDs, UHDs, books, video games, CDs, Vinyl or MP3 etc but that will never happen. Had such a good time with The Young Cycle Girls. I was expecting something much rougher and was pleasantly surprised by how tame it was considering some of the subject matter. There's still plenty of sleaze and violence, just not on the level I was anticipating... vanilla exploitation, if you will. The ending packs one hell of a punch, holy shit.

I first saw it on TV in the very late 1970s/early 1980s, and it was missing all of the sex, the violence, and the swearing. The final scene ended with the girls realizing their dream of reaching the Pacific Ocean.

So, the Dark Force Blu-ray with the uncut version was a total revelation to me.
