So true vortexx but the way these TROLLS have been grabbing all the money is due to the high cost of fighting the troll suit in federal court. So most parties served either settled or received default judgments because they couldn't afford to fight it. And just for the record it's Redoak Group Inc. solely owned by Vlado P. Hreljanovic that filed the lawsuit via Charles Fiedler (partner in Synapse) and another attorney he had to get to do the filing in Florida. They found a great way to suck a lot of money out of their worthless movie. Obviously they were in no hurry to release it either lol.

Honestly, it's missing a couple of big titles like The Thing which is my favorite horror film of all time I'm sorry but The Thing is a way way better film than Halloween.

My favorite horror films of all time some of these titles are just my personal opinion, but here's mine. Also yes I'm a huge J horror fan

4. Deep Red
5. Killer Klowns from Outer Space
6. Kwaidan
7. Creepshow
8. Scream 2 or Scream 2000
9. Grizzly and Jaws
10. Pulse the original Japanese film

Honorable mentions are The Stuff, Tenebrae, Night of the Comet, Dog Soldiers, Night of the Creeps, The Hitcher, You're Next, and a huge number of others I didn't list

Yes a lot of these films are not American films, but I don't care about that as other countries have great horror too not just America. In terms of American horror minus the fact that Halloween should be replaced with The Thing it is a solid list. However, as a general horror list it's a bit too basic, and a bit boring.

Never heard of Nightmare Circus but seems like it could be interesting.
Where does it land on the porno/exploitation - actual horror movie spectrum?

Looked it up on letterboxd and couldn't help but notice it seems the DF synopsis is a poor copy and paste with some tweaks of the letterboxd one.

Demon Dave, I understand you are pissed and rightfully so, but JUST BEFORE DAWN is a very popular movie so I don't know why you call it worthless.

It's very cool Gemeraldine. Try looking under TERROR CIRCUS. Stars Andrew Prine (Young Hannah Queen of the Vampires). Previous blu from Code Red was not good. We are releasing it on 4K HDR. Looks awesome.

It isn't worth a fraction of what they got from the lawsuit. And if its so popular why did that clown Vlado just abandon the original negative which is most necessary in order to create the best 4K possible? Too bad these guys are such A**holes, I was inches away from having it in my grasp.

Very excited to see the Drive-In Double Feature with Rivals finally on sale. PayPal’d that lightning-quick.

I can recommend Terror Circus. It’s somewhat similar to another sicko Andrew Prine film, The Centerfold Girls. That man was so nasty sometimes on film! But he’s great in everything I’ve seen him in.

I've never seen a good print of TERROR CIRCUS. Dave says that this new transfer is much better than the previous Code Red release.

Although it doesn't star Andrew Prine, another film in the TERROR CIRCUS/CENTERFOLD GIRLS milieu is SISTERS OF DEATH starring Claudia Jennings. I'd love Dark Force to release that one.

Glad you asked Jobla. Unfortunately Banana Man's previous release was awful on the title. The new Dark Force one will be miles superior. We found a great original negative element for the 4K scan and the HDR always poppin those colors. The movie is great too, especially if you like that torture/porn genre from the 70's. Also titled BARN OF THE NAKED DEAD.

Will your Edition of Nightmare Circus contain the special features from the Code Red DVD? There was a decent documentary on that disc.
