Thank you Dave for the actually good black friday sale. I didn't get much this year with the abysmal deals basically everywhere else. I also appreciate the fast shipping, already got my order and I'm still waiting for severin to ship out my stuff.

If I remember correctly the Nightmare Circus DVD also included audio commentaries that were not ported over to the Code Red Blu Ray. It would be great if your disc included them.

I still have the Nightmare Circus DVD (released as Terror Circus by Code Red/Media Blasters) and there were several features not ported over to the Code Red Blu-ray:

How long do we have until the site closes down again? I ordered a copy of The Fahmah last week but haven't had the funds for Terror Circus. It's just as well for me since I own the CR DVD but I would like to upgrade it. I don't feel like playing internet tag with DF

Pretty soon Driver78, the Black Friday sale has already been extended a while now. Sorry to hear about your lack of funds, but don't feel bad Driver. At least you don't have to deal with a trolling lawsuit bleeding you out of a fortune for the holidays. But just like the mighty Fahmah, I don't get mad I get even. interesting development in the just before dawn lawsuit. the lawsuit synapse and their cronies filed against basically everyone got thrown out because they weren't able to prove ownership of the movie. I hope synapse goes bankrupt

Latest is Vlad the Suer has fled to Russia. Don went to pick up the JBD negative to find him missing and a few canisters of negative marked Just Before Dan [sic] left outside by the garage. Actually the lawsuit has not been dismissed...YET. Last week we filed a scathing 15 page MOTION TO DISMISS based on the brilliant research by our Florida attorney John Bradley proving beyond a doubt that Vlado is not the copyright holder and filed fraudulent and conflicting documents to the court for the purpose of the lawsuit. The court clerks and judge are currently reviewing the motion and Vlado is going to have a lot of explaining to do. This is the beginning of us turning this whole lawsuit around on them with MASSIVE repercussions. Contact me at defal3@aol.com if you would like a copy of the motion to dismiss which clearly spells out all low tactics they pulled with this suit in which they collect very big money from many unfortunate people in this industry. They are total SCUM that are about to get a hella comeuppance. And if they weren't so greedy and hadn't pulled Dark Force and AMC into it over a year after they successfully sued many others they would have gotten away with it. Cause all the others chose to settle or got a default judgment because they could not afford to fight it. DARK FORCE was the only one that stood up against these SCUM.

In case you haven't heard Jobla, LA has been on fire for the last several weeks and our production facilities and crew working on the release have been affected. It will be out of replication on the 22nd and hopefully the elaborate extremely awesome looking slipcover will also be done at that time. Of course, anybody not wanting to wait the additional time can gladly get a refund but if they want it at a later date it may be harder to get and at a much higher price.
