To be fair, some people said they received their shipping notice before the release date so they truly ran out out of stock. At least they restored their stock quickly. I am sure we will get shipping notices today as my order already shows as packed under order status.

I have pre-ordered from Amazon (not a prime member) and they didn't ship my release till Thursday even though they had the item in stock the day it was released!

I bought the bullet and ordered all 5 from ImportCD's on the 23rd, and got an e-mail that they shipped yesterday. Very nice.

Don't feel bad my amazon order won't deliver until Friday. I made the mistake of trying to order thru Import Cds with a visa giftcard and it would not accept the card yet it pre-auth'd the card! Needless to say I kept my amazon pre-order (17.49 a title) hoping ot just use the gift card on it.. however almost a week later and the pending charge is still there!

Today I decided to just use my reg card for the blu's since it may take even longer to get the 75.00 back on it from import CDs.

I know not the normal delay for your blu's kind of story but still. I will have them for the weekend at least. In the end IMPORTCDs would have only saved me 10.00ish only ( I lost more with the HITCH Titles this week thru amazon than thru Costco. I am sure amazon will rub salt in it within a week a lower the price making sure those who pre-ordered be punished haha

I'm glad I'm not the only one they do that to. Sometimes I will wait months and months to finally purchase something I want at a decent price. Only to have them dramatically reduce it the day after it ships.

Got to say I am not to impressed with this company, so far. Ordered all 5 day earlier on the 22nd and my order is not even in the packing stage a day after earlier orders have shipped.

Not that a extra day or two will kill me, but, I never understand why orders aren't processed in the order placed.

Redemption will be releasing Virgin Witch and Killers Moon in March. Importcds shows a preorder price of $10.49, but for some reason their site won't let you preorder at this time.

Which Rollin titles do you think or want Kino will release later this year??

I am hoping for Living Dead Girl, Grapes of Death, Demoniacs, and Night of the Hunted. I haven't seen the last 2 but I am definitely curious.

I don't think Redemption has the rights to all of them. Checking IMDB they have the rights to Night of the Hunted, Demoniacs, and The Living Dead Girl, but not Grapes of Death (in the U.S., they do in the U.K.).

could have sworn i remember reading that they had the rights to his entire filmography now, but i may be wrong. i know they have more than those 3 as they already have 6 more titles in the works.
