Anyone have problems with the UK 4k disc? I have Oppo 203 and LG E6 Oled TV and for some reason the disc audio keeps cutting off and image is pixelated every couple of chapters all the way to the end. everything starts during the opening credits. I have latest firmware update on every machine and still can't figure out what's causing this. Receiver Marantz SR7010. ???

Ok, thanks.

I'll try a few more things tomorrow to correct the problem and if they don't help I will return the disc next week.

Powering off everything overnight seems to have fixed the problem.

Movie finally plays like a charm... looks and sounds great.

Sorry to dig up this old tread for such a small thing but it's really bothering me and I didn't see it mentioned once.
Why are all the UK covers for this movie edited? and by edited I mean Gamora and Drax having their weapons photoshoped out(while still retaining the weapon holding pose). This is the only MCU movie to have a UK specific cover like this as far as I'm aware.

Made a quick comparison with the nordic cover on the 3D release(4K and 2D have the same edit)

It might be "Glamorisation of real, contemporary weapons"

Looking at all the covers in the world it's only the UK covers (BD, 3D & UHD) that are altered. Never realised they did this sort of thing, wonder if it was a 15 or 18 rated movies it might be ok.

Well the UK steelbook and the newer DVD/BD slipcover has them with their weapons so its nothing to do with the age rating.

Did think that it could be Video Packaging Review Committee interference but as these days they essentially appear to exist to simply confirm your BBFC legalese is presented correctly, they're not legally mandatory and their advise is ultimately advisory I doubt they've anything to do with it.

More likely knife crime paranoia and certain retailers refusing to carry what are essentially kids films depicting such items on their artwork. Laser guns and spears however are just fine apparently.

Basically the "won't somebody think of the children?" fallacy in full effect.

How do you find the new marvel releases with the slipcases here on the database?

Nevermind.
