i havent actually seen the movie but i planned on buying it after nothing but good reviews, maybe ill wait for this and scoop it up rather than buying the current one out

What is the difference between this and previous released Casino Royale on Blu-ray?

I dont see MGM & Sony needed to release another copy? I thought previous C.R was top notch picture quality and people loved showing it to other people who is not into blu-ray yet?

Releasing it to add some more special features, and to try and cash in on the new movie...I'd buy this one if I didn't already own the original release. It's a great release for people that don't already own it.

Oh yea!! Patience has paid off! I knew there was a good reason I never bought the current version. Will definately be adding this version to the collection.

Nice, they're using the better artwork, heck it's probably the single best 007 poster ever! Just a bit disappointed, it looks like it's a regular BD case in a slipsleeve, wish they had followed the new DVD which looks to be a digipak. Still, nice artwork, looks like a nice edition, so I'm already gonna double dip on this one (I just bought the first BD release a few weeks ago- damn Sony).

I won't purchase on the day of release, however I do intend to purchase. Main reasons are the bonus view, additional TRUEHD track (which I assume with be at a higher bit depth) along with the additional special features. I'm really curious in the one about bringing CASINO ROYALE to the screen.

I just saw the back cover artwork for the Casino Royale Collector's Edition at DVDTown.com, and it doesn't look like this new double-dip will have the uncompressed PCM soundtrack. All I have to say is this: no PCM, no sale!!
