Jesus man READ for Christ sake! did i say every movie is 100% realistic and is a 100% true story?????? Movies are supposed to make you "feel" like it's really happening that's what makes them exciting. that's why we have Movies and Cartoons.

Yeah and to feel like it's happening we have massive screens to immerse ourselves in it. And in order to have enough detail for the massive screens we use 35mm which has GRAIN! Some people suggest going Digital but that means lower resolution AND it is limited to that resolution forever. Unlike film where you just scan it at a higher resolution. For example George Lucas's Star Wars Episode II & III those were shot at 1080p then cropped in order to get the 2.40:1 AR. In the future if we do use 4K displays what's going to happen then? We would get tonnes of EE in order to make up for the lower resolution.
