I have 2 subs and you get much more even bass response and a reduction in any bass voids in the room. Plus, they can get down a lot lower than the PSW10.
Thanks, I just was going back and forth between these 2 options. I am on a budget but want quality. I was looking to do the PSW10 but now with these so reasonably priced, I am going to take a shot at these.

Reasonably priced? Hell, at under $100 they're an absolute steal!

I'm tempted to buy the HDSUB10 or HDSUB12. I have a 10" now, no complaints on the sound. I just want a sub that's smaller and my current sub only goes down to 30hz these seem to go lower. For under $200 i figured why not? Just can't decide which size, this would be for my bedroom setup.

I should get my new HD-SUB10 on Wednesday next week. I can't wait! I'll post some pics of my setup(s) once I get it going.

I love your vintage gear. Put your home theater and vintage components in your signature so that they appear in all your posts.

Thanks! I posted a few more pics of the vintage equipment. No photos of the whole setup or the speakers yet. I'll get those posted as well as some more detailed shots later next week after I get my sub in the mail.

I upgraded my receiver this spring from a Kenwood KR-V5570, to a Onkyo TX-SR606, so i had a reason to look/add a subwoofer. I'll eventually upgrade my other speakers. L/R - Kenwood JL-506, Surrounds - JBL TXL105, Center Channel KHL 9930, and of course the AA HDsub10 (cherry), Vizio VP322, no BD player yet though.

The prices of some BD players are dropping below $200. It is a good time to buy one.

Will this fit the AA sub? If not I need a link to a quality y adapter.

Looks likeit would work. Looks a little cheap tho. My y cable is a monster 600 sub RCA. That I got brand new at best buy for $30. Don't usually buy monster just due to being so overpriced. But a hi end 12' monster RCA with an included y adapter for $30??? Couldn't pass it up. Mine is a RCA actual wire adapter. Same material as the RCA. Your link looks like a piece of plastic with an adapter

I think that would work fine. I use a rat shack y adapter on my ML dynamo and it works great. Monoprice makes quality products at a low price.

Go to Post #2 of A Guide to Bass Management thread. All the links to Y adapters are there. There is a great Y adapter there with noise blocker for less than $5.
