No, don't charge back - it's not their fault because they shipped. Shout, OTOH, has sat on my order for close to 2 weeks so I do plan on starting a chargeback if my status doesn't change soon. The USPS is flying on fumes these days. We're back to "Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery" from the 90's

Of course it isn't their fault but I just looked at the tracking and it's last update was actually on the 14th of July, about an hour away from me.

Most other companies, seeing that it's been stuck for a month and a half would offer a reship.

Mail delivery times are all over the place. My last order from Severin took almost a month to arrive. My orders from Vinegar have been all over the place. Some have arrived in a few days, and some have taken a few weeks. A few packages have gone weeks without any tracking updates. Still, from July 14 seems like a really long time.

I just received a package yesterday that had been scanned on July 21st in Fremont, CA. It took until yesterday to reach Seattle, WA.

I think I could WALK from Seattle to Fremont in five weeks' time.

If he sent it via USPS then file a claim on their website. That will bring it to their attention and should get it moving. I've had some weird, inexplicable delays on a few packages. Haven't lost anything yet though. It'll probably just show up out of the blue.

Why would Canada and US have different release dates. That's strange. When I pre-ordered it through Amazon Canada release date was Aug 25.

Kino, Grindhouse, Bullmoose and Target have it listed as 9/29. Diabolik has it as 'coming soon'.

Guess that's one good thing about being Canadian!
