No one will ever be able to watch it. So, it's almost like it doesn't exist.

Since I was the one that I created the entry, I figured I should put it up for deletion in the event there's a preference to remove shows like this to help keep the database clean. But if you think it would be better to keep it and fill it in the best that we can, I'm fine with that as well.

When adding DVDs should the country be for where it is shot by the studio or what country it is distributed in. ie. Harry Potter is shot in UK but distributed in US

I was going to try to add the iTunes listing for Pride of the Yankees to my wishlist, but there isn't a listing. So I went to create it, but there's no theatrical listing for it either. How would one go about adding a movie listing that is on iTunes for sale, but not in the Blu-Ray.com iTunes OR Theatrical database?

You'll have to create the theatrical listing first and after it's approved you'll be able to create the iTunes listing.

Good evening, one of the site moderators sent me here. I'm seeking help regarding contributions I have made to the website, but for which I have not been given proper credit.

For example (and this is just the latest example), about three weeks ago, I added some names and biographical information to the database for several people, including producer Linda Yellen, and actors Donna Haley, Lenore Harris, Mady Kaplan, Will Lee and Marcell Rosenblatt. My submissions were approved and I was given proper credit for them.

However, I later added all the people I mentioned above ... plus Christine Baranski, Robin Bartlett, Marisa Berenson, Verna Bloom, Anna Levine, Viveca Lindfors, Melanie Mayron, Max Wright, and Shirley Knight ... to the Cast and Crew listing for Playing for Time, and although my submissions were approved, I did not receive credit for them. At the same time, my "reliability rating" went from "demi-god" to "extremely high."

I don't quite know what to make of all this and would very much appreciate a response. It's my wish to be a helpful and responsible contributor, and my inquiry is not so much ego-centered as it is a part of my learning curve.

Cast & Crew submissions (ie. when you add a cast member to a theatrical entry) aren't displayed in your contribution history but you're given credit for them:

And they're counted under Achievements (like screen taggings):

I can't say why you're reliability rating dropped. Something that you submitted probably got denied for some reason - it may have been as simple as a duplicate entry. The rating can fluctuate a lot when your total submissions are still relatively small. But if you keep submitting, I'm sure you'll be back to demi-god in no time.

P.S.: I really like the biographies that you wrote for Lenore Harris and Donna Haley using information from your collection. Very cool.

My guess is that it can´t be changed to a DVD. It has to be removed and re-added.

That wouldn't work because, the last I knew, Deci had PMs disabled.

Right, and here's the message I get when I try to do that:

Deciazulado has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove Deciazulado from the recipient list and send the message again.

Does anyone in charge check into this thread??

I have a question:

This has happened a few times now and I'm not sure why it keeps on occurring -

So I add an item to the database and it gets approved, everything fine. Points show up in my profile.
Then a few weeks later, all of a sudden I'll notice it back at the top of my profile after it was already there 1+ month ago, saying it was added more recently than things that were actually recently added; It gives me full points again (only for one instance, so the earlier one down the list of the same item is now gone in place of this newer entry) but I've not changed anything on it since initially adding it.

Not to mention, for the last few times I've noticed this happening.....then I go and search the item in the database, and it appears others have also now added the same item and gotten it approved.

This has happened at least 4 or 5 times in the last few months so was curious if that's normal or if that's whats leading to multiple duplicates of the same title, or what?

...to "My Collection" it doesn't show the individual titles in "Complete Collection" under "My Collections". Rather it only shows the bundle title "Die Schönsten Klassiker aus 1001 Nacht" -- and it appears alphabetically under "S" as "Schonsten".

Can you please tell me how this can be corrected to show the individual English titles of the three movies -- Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves / Arabian Nights / The Golden Blade ?
