Nothing says that you can't use your MoviePass card for one movie per day and then pay for your additional 1-2 movies out of pocket with cash.

If you do that on even only two occassions during the month (and possibly once, depending on the typical ticket prices in your area), you're saving money over just paying cash for all tickets.

I have used it twice now at Cinemark with no problems, friday night I will go to Premiere Cinema and try to use it for Blade Runner since cinemark won't be showing it.

Have to take Uber to Premiere, so hopefully I won't have any issues. I have a rewards card there so If it works than this will be fantastic for points.

What will I do when MoviePass systems are hacked and the debit cards we used to buy the membership are hacked too.

Based on this logic I guess we can all safely assume you've never bought a single thing from any store or website with a credit or debit card

Umm, not worry about it? Because those cards have no money on them at any given time. And especially none of YOUR money. They're not linked to any of your personal accounts at all. So a hacking literally wouldn't effect you in the slightest.

Finally used my moviepass card this past weekend.

Used it on Friday to see "It" at my local AMC. Ticket was $15 so I am already ahead with my first use.

Also used it on Saturday at The Egyptian Theater in Hollywood to see "Batman: Mask of the Phantasm". I love that I can also use the moviepass card at theaters such as this one and not only at large chain theaters.

Plan to use it again this Friday to watch the new Blade Runner film.

I’m really excited about using this. Im reading so many wonderful stories about it. I mean its not like Im going to use it everyday of the week but I can use my days off and squeeze one movie per day.

I feel like you guys will get a kick out of this, with all the waiting and "where is my card" drama.

When my roommate & I ordered ours, we were in the middle of moving. So we weren't sure which address we'd be at when it got delivered. So my roommate decided to have it shipped to his job (T-Mobile). His card has been sitting in the mail box at his work for an entire month now, but nobody knows where the mailbox keys are, so he can't get to it. It's just sitting there, waiting to be used, and he doesn't have access to it.

Received mine last week and used it two days ago to see Kingsman: The Golden Circle. It worked perfectly. The movie ticket would’ve been $13.50. I was with my wife, so we had to pay for hers. After the movie, we ordered her a MoviePass card. We’re going to be going to the movies a lot once her card arrives!
