the guard for $5+taxes made it even more better got one title at $10 from walle world scanned in correctly it came with no slipcover. 3 disc, large sized amaray casing. it's the end of the world btw, have the bin displays appeared in stores outside of QC? the crow for $15, eyes wide shut at $10. link is flyer ad for next wk's releases. the thrones exclusive reminds me of 12 monkeys logo

It was a longshot, but I was at BestBuy at lunch today already and decided to try to pricematch to the Quebec Walmart prices... got Drive and O Brother, Where Art Thou? at roughly $15/piece (they had to add a shipping cost from quebec and then take off their additional 10% or 15% or whatever it is)

That's good news. Crossing my fingers.
I was at WM (Ottawa) tonight and movies stills scanned at shelf price.

I want to get National Treasure 1 & 2 for $20 and use the DMR codes for a free admission to John Carter.

If you have issues at WM, the Superstore is selling National Treasure 1 and 2 for $10 each.

Was that the shelf or packaging sticker?
Walmart is lazy and rarely changes these and it might scan lower.

Try scanning it at those scanning machines if you haven't.
Worth a try.

it happened to me on Boxing Week after the displays were all poached. I went to the shelves and the movies that were part of the deal were stickered higher but scanned at the Boxing Week price.

Yeah it was the shelf price. I was tempted to check the price, but i could only find a copy deep in the heart of electronics and didnt wanna go searching for a price checker. So intead i just told myself to wait a day.... And it worked out, Best Buy has it advertised for 14.99. Makes it easier as i have to go there for work today. Thanks for your replys, with all the titles on sale it looks to be a BLU friday lol

Not sure how you guys are getting these deals. The two Walmarts I go to still look like a hurricane went thru the movie section since Christmas. Still a lot of space on the shelves that has not been restocked.

So, are these cheap blurays available at walmart yet, or was it only in Quebec?

I'm looking online, and the prices are still regular prices.
