It says when you sign up that they charge your card immediately and your first month of service officially starts when you receive your card in the mail. Not really sure how that works when it seems like it's taking people about a month to receive their cards, but whatever. Short answer: Yeah, that's normal.

Don't know if I'm the only one, but I have not yet been charged, not a single penny, for the first month or even just signing up. I've checked my CC account often and nothing has popped up still.
I could've sworn it said the first month was free, so if that's the case, I should be looking at the middle of October for the first charge since I received/activated the card at that time in September. Took them a month to mail it to me. |

I signed up with PP on August 15th. And was charged soon as I signed up. I activated my card on the 22nd of Sept and it says my next billing is Oct 22nd. So I don't know. But either way happy with it. |

I think with the price drop they eliminated that. When I first went to sign up, the free month thing showed up on the website but not the app, but I tried that twice and my sign up wouldn't go through. When I tried through the app without the trial it went through

Has anyone figured out why some days no movie showtimes show up? Or how to fix it? My brother has tried to use his card yesterday. Their weren't any show times for Blade Runner at either theater in town. Today no showtimes show up for any theater. Now in my town 2 hours away its fine. I even put in his zip code and nothing shows up. He uses android and I have an iPhone. So it's not the device.

I had a weird problem with movie pass.
I tried signing in and said something about the GPS not being engage. I was like what do you mean. After a while I was in a hurry and the movie was about to play. So I used a movie cash I had on me. I was going to use it to see a second movie. So I used that to see the movie. Later after the movie was off. I was playing around with the phone. I turned off the location and then soon after turned it back on. And then it worked and saw a second movie with it. I don't know why it didn't work the first time when I had it on. ![]() |
