When I was at Walmart tonight before going to the movies. I saw they had spots out with tags, but no movies out,. I think they are only having the DVDs for Fall for $14.96 and maybe Bodies Bodies Bodes the same price.

I remember seeing the tags for Paws of Fury. I don't remember about Shaun. I know they had spots for Bullet Train..
I was there around 4:30 and I'll be there tomorrow again. So I will see if they actually put them out. Weird to have empty spaces for days |

When they did the Walmart+/Paramount+ deal, Walmart was probably like "You know what also would be great, Paramount people? DVD-sized combo packs! Make it happen!"... perhaps it saves a few cents somewhere on fixture reuse, as well as fewer SKUs to carry.

Wow - those are definitely a result of WM flexing its retail muscle to demand versions that cover literally every physical media base.
And not bad for the price, either. Not a fan of the dvd case, but I understand it's trying (still) to convert those dvd users to bluray (and 4k). In earnest (and sadly), at this point, a futile mission. |
