Yeah, I was a little worried at first, but all of the reviews that I've read so far give it pretty high marks. I can't wait to pick this set up, but I don't get paid until Tuesday night, so I'll either have to get it after midnight, or wait until I get off work on Wednesday.

Thanks Factor, I love The Shining. It's one of my favorite movies. I doubt the avatar will stick around long though. I always end up reverting back to my frog.

What's up Russ. I used to keep up with football a lot more than I do these days, but I still enjoy watching a game every now and then. I'm watching the Saints and the Panthers right now, and I'll probably check out the Titans and the Chargers in a little while.

On Sunday nights, I usually watch Animation Domination on Fox.

I did watch the Saints and the Titans both lose today , and I flipped back and forth during the first 1/2 of Sunday Night Football, and I'm about to watch the second 1/2 right now.

Was looking at getting it on Friday, but it has been delayed. Gotta wait till the 28th.

I've read some disturbing things concerning the audio on this one. It's been alleged that the bass has been rolled off below 30HZ

Do you have a link to where you read that? After seeing it in the theater, I thought this would have some of the most astounding audio(especially LFE) of any BD ever. You can't cut The Hulk off at 30hz!!!

And if you put it in your search engine there are several sites discussing it.This sh*t is bananas. It's like selling 1080p HDTV's and having blu-rays limited to 480i . Some of the bassheads on these pages have subs that play sub-harmonically (below 20Hz) so their gear will soon be for not, if things continue the way they're going .
