Up was released approximately six months after it was in theaters. Seven isn't that absurd.

Nope. No film is worth a blind-buy. None. Way too many disappointments, at least for me. I am super excited about this film being a Sci-Fi buff and all but I have an absolute NO blind-buy rule and it has saved me tons of money not to mention hassle. Many of the films I rented from Nutflix with high expectations ended up being underwhelming or decent but only worth a single viewing.

Just saying.... I wouldnt buy it blindly.

and its OK - but nothing I would want to return to in the short time.


Everyone will 'rave' about the AQ in the 2nd half of the film - but its just guns, explosions, that goes on for a long while. Nothing IMO stands out as repeatable. Wow - people blow up - yeah .. and ????


In answer to your question - blind buy ?? no - rent first and see if you want to revisit this over and over again.

Me - seen it, and will look forward to watching something different.
