Like I said above, I believe Deluxe Media started shipping them out on August 17. Here is a FedEx Ground map to help determine the transit time.

The good news is that I believe FedEx Ground delivers Tuesday-Saturday, as bizarre as that sounds. So those in the "4 day" may get theirs tomorrow.

I still have not done anything with my copy. Mine is the UK one since I bought the steelbook so I have to check their exchange program and see if they deliver to Canada.

Easy to do. Call them with the number at the beginning of this thread. They were very nice to deal with.

WTF !?!

I live in a 2-day area and I still haven't gotten mine yet, and Deluxe Media Management received mine on 8/2!

Man, I hope the women at the UPS Store included the piece of paper with my information on it...

Hell, I live well into the 1-Day zone and I haven't gotten mine yet, and I sent mine in on July 31.

Obviously they're not doing this on a first come first serve basis.

I can't believe that my post office anxiety has gotten into my dreams! I dreamt last night that I got my original sent package sent back to me but the package was open and the old Gladiator blu-ray got lost in transit. I can't believe this is getting into my subconsious.

According to the USPS delivery confirmation, my envelope was delivered to a 91350 zip code instead of 91380. I know good and well that I addressed it correctly. Anyone else experience this? If so, have you gotten the replacement yet?

Detailed Results:

Delivered, August 05, 2010, 9:07 am, SANTA CLARITA, CA 91350
Arrival at Post Office, August 05, 2010, 7:26 am, VALENCIA, CA 91355
Processed through Sort Facility, August 05, 2010, 4:29 am, SANTA CLARITA, CA 91383

I'm getting a wee bit nervous, I sent mine out end of July and am in the 4 day delivery zone. What gives? I don't get how they're doing the sending out order, because it's obviously not in order of received. I sent mine in a few days after the exchange went into effect. Frustration...

They will probably be sending them out in batches, the first being about 8/17 like was previously posted. They will probably send out packages once or twice a week instead of sending them out every day to generate less expense on their end.

Got mine today....live in Fayetteville AR and sent it out at the beginning of the month.

In the simplest terms, the whole thing looks how the extended parts looked on the old version... Fantastic. Absolutely night and day

I now have a fAvorite bluray, which is how it always should have been.

It seems some people still are pissed about the mere fact that this exchange program ever had to be implemented, but the way I see it paramount put out a poor product, customers complained, and they gave us a new one. Exceptional service if you ask me. And after everyone sees the new transfer the complaints should minimalize themselves
