That interviewer was a HUGE prick. He basically says that Naughty Dog isn't as good as other studios because other studios have patched their games to support the Move. Question; would you rather have them use their time to patch a gimmick or start creating a new game? Seriously... that guy was a tool and you could tell Evan Wells was getting annoyed.

I don't know about a "lot" but I can gather that the enemies are both monsters and humans. Combat is ranged and melee. Weapons are guns, knives and environmental objects. Ammo is scarce, gathered by looting enemies. The trailer would suggest co-op play, but that seems to be unlikely. But it does not disclose what the gameplay will be like. While action looks appealing in the trailer (granted it's not a gameplay trailer), it could very well be QTE heavy, which would be disappointing. Though supposedly not about the monsters, ther body on the bed appears beheaded, and the arm appears human. There is a blood splatter on the wall above that does not look like gunshot spatter. The girl was beheading the infected on the bed against the wishes of the man being beaten with the board, which is why he needed to be beaten with the board, to subdue him for a while. Obviously, someone had been holed up in this building, as the outside is barricaded with vehicles and barbed wire. Whether monsters got in or whether it is something else causing humans to turn is unknown yet. The monster from the hallway was first stabbed, but then the head was deliberately shot off, so it appears to me that, as they say, "you gotta shoot 'em in the head!"

I don't know what else you can conclude.

I know this isn't surprising, but it's relieving, since I can't stomach first person shooters, regardless who makes them.

EDIT: I'd also prefer if it wasn't open world, since I get bored with those and feel like they hurt narrative more than help it.

EDIT 2: The biggest clue I've gathered is that I think you'll be playing as the girl.

Well that really just comes down to design choice. There clearly will not be the same level of detail as the Uncharted games if it is a massive open world game, there would be trade offs graphically. That said, it could still look very good and it would probably still be the best looking open world console game.

I'm not sure I would want this to be an open world game but I'm open to the idea.

PLEASSE NO!!! I don't want any more QTE's, I didn't like them in Uncharted 3 or most games for that matter. I do expect them though based on UC3, I hope I am wrong.

I have been listening to it all day.

I'm way too hyped for this game already based on a 2 minute trailer. I think it's because it's just a trailer and the possibilities are pretty endless right now in my head. There's no way it'll live up to my expectations so I'll just think it'll be like RE5 with fungus head people

I think it'll be good regardless, but I just think if they want to "redefine" it needs to be along those lines, as there is just too much quality in a linear setting for them to do that.

I don't know, "redefine" could end up being a lot of things.

Can't argue with number two based on what we are shown. While I like open world games, I do agree that it's harder to tell a story in an open world.

With settings in multiple cities, and what I anticipate to be an overall goal of getting from point A to point B, maybe each stop along the way will be small open worlds. I doubt it though. I expect a UC or RE style chapter game.

Because FO3 was legendary , add graphics more bodies on screen (as someone mentioned on Red Dead), upgraded A.I. and it would redefine something for sure. I doubt they really want to go head to head with not only the likes of Resident Evil, Dead Space, but their own masterful series like Uncharted.

But that’s purely a personal opinion some people get overwhelmed by free roam, but if you get an amazing story like FO3 you can still get tons of satisfaction from the main story.
